Santa and Mila
Lauren S.

We visited this location to see Santa and take some pictures. When we walked in, we were greeted immediately. We did not get far before a staff member asked us if we were looking for Santa and led the way to go. So Mila loves people. She loves people more than other dogs actually. Mila was never scared of Santa but for whatever reason, she put the brakes on this year lol. The staff were great assisting us and put Mila on Santa's lap. She was fine once there but trying to get her to look at the camera? Well that's a mission! Luckily the employee taking the picture had a perfect squeaky toy that worked Mila up lol. They took some pictures and I took some of my own as well. It is tradition I let Mila go on a shopping spree after Santa. We browsed the store and let Mila lead the way. She picked out some squeaky toys, toys with fluff for her to rip apart, and some treats. She had plenty of pets by strangers! We get to the register and the cashier, who looked like Lady Gaga spot on, tried giving Mila a cookie. Mila gets over stimulated in pet stores and does not eat cookies until after. Unfortunately, we did not take any samples. The cashier was super nice and I donated a stuffed animal to I'll children in the hospital and purchased a bag, where the money went to animals. I definitely liked this location a lot. I give my little munchkin a shopping spree every once and a while besides Santa so I will be coming to this location from now on!

They now groom cats, including trimming nails and applying nail caps! Much less expensive than other cat groomers. Also, Martha, the store manager is great and they will match Chewy prices!!!

Doggy Haircut

Katreana in the Grooming Salon did an excellent job on the bath, haircut, and nail grind for my chihuahua Pablo! She was very nice and professional. He'll be going to her every time.

Not my favorite pet store But it's very close to where we live Our first grooming service was really bad, the groomer name Anna grooms my Maltese ears way too short and he looks like a Jack Russell , (even I've showing her picture the way I want twice before I drop off my dogs) Now we have a groomer name Andrezza, she's really good and my dogs love her We are regular every other month now

I appreciate that this PetSmart is trying to offer help but it went to the point I felt like I was being stalked. Every single aisle I stepped into and employee followed me and then asking me "need help?". Sometimes the same employee would ask me several times after I said "no thank you!". Can't someone just browse on their own. I told them I didn't need any help but they kept chasing me down it felt like. It got to the point I felt so uncomfortable, I just left. I was just trying to get a few things for my new puppy......off to Pet Supermarket I go

Our dog loves going there! The groomers are welcoming and make him feel comfortable. He is shy of other dogs and they take that into consideration when making his appointment. I love the report cards after too! PROUD MOM! The deals are good for grooming and the training class we took was wonderful too. I love that they also have a cat center where they help save and re home stray cats. Volunteer based programs, so you know they are helping make a difference.

Groomers basically wanted to go home quick. We asked for a nail grinding and all they did was a nail cutting. Don't recommend them at all...

I don't understand how this 'business' has almost 5 stars…read more We tried 'it' for our dogs. When we arrived it was a dirty old shed with a 'makeshift' cage out of what appeared to be old lockers or something. The man was fine-initially- but the whole situation gave bad vibes. We left the dogs, big mistake. 5-10 minutes later he called us that our puppy was aggressive. While still on the call he was YELLING at our 14 month old Shih tzu. Side note: He weighs 14 lbs. He's around children and the public all day. He comes to work with us... He is not aggressive. We said we would be right back and drove right back. Upon arrival he was cutting our other dog. He was asked to stop but kept cutting. He was asked again to stop but kept ignoring my husband. Since returning home, our dog has not stopped crying and rubbing his behind. He is obviously in pain. From our interactions we believe him to be very rough with the animals. We are now contacting our vet. He was a very dismissive older man with a disgusting 'shop' and no patience for animals. He said he's semi-retired. He should probably go ahead and finish. We weren't looking for a deal, he was actually more than expensive than our regular place. We just wanted someone good with the dogs which was why we left them after initially arriving... Never again.

I had been satisfied with this groomer and was sending all 4 of my dogs there until a very…read moreconcerning incident involving my oldest dog, a nearly 15-year-old long-haired sheepdog mix with sensitive skin. Four days after her grooming appointment (Dec 26), she became painful when her neck was touched. When I removed her collar, the underside of her neck was raw, irritated, scabbed, and bleeding. Her collar was filthy, foul-smelling, and full of buildup. Putting a dirty collar back onto a freshly groomed senior dog--and saying nothing to the owner--is not okay. The groomers were told at drop-off that she already had scabs under her arms and across her chest. Those areas were soaked and improved, but no one mentioned the condition of her neck, which should have been obvious during grooming. I am a veterinarian, and I have since had to medically treat this injury. This could have been addressed much earlier with basic care and communication. What is most troubling is the lack of follow-up. I attempted to contact this business by phone call, text, and email and received no response. I am sharing this so other pet owners--especially those with senior dogs or pets with skin issues--are aware. Communication, hygiene, and transparency matter. I will not be returning.
