Really! Called the store to ask to see if they had a product my Vet prescribed. I called after 5 minutes of ringing I got hung up on, not once, not twice but repeatedly. I have been looking around for anyone who will groom my long-haired cat. So many places do not do cats. I finally found a place here at petsmart. Brittany did a fantastic job taking care of my highly stressed out Serena, who is not used to traveling and hates car rides. Brittany really took Serenas, health, and well-being into consideration. I really appreciate that. Typically, our vet comes to the house, so this was quite stressful for Serena. I highly recommend the petsmart grooming service. read more

I'll begin by saying I normally do NOT award more than three stars to box stores. Box stores are usually.... well... box stores. Crappy service, fully stocked aisles and a corporate and sterile ambiance throughout. This is a notably different store. For starters, thanks to them our beautiful 17 year-old cat is alive. She needs prescription food and this Petsmart has been assiduous in keeping it stocked or in the sole occasion that we called and they didn't have it, they got it with only a minimum notice. The store's employees are quite friendly and able to converse about pet food and their manufactures, sources, and ingredients. Case in point, with all the hoopla, recalls and danger notices about pet food and toys imported from or with ingredients imported from China, I absolutely won't buy any food or toy made in China. And the employees are good about assisting me in filtering food and toys. Of course, a Banfield Hospital and veterinary are available inside the premises as it is customary for Petsmart locations. Two minutes from I-393 and easy to get to. read more

Horrible.....grooming dept.......how many different employees can you have in one year ? Everyone is in training. They complain about our dog. But yet Petco Grooming loves her and does a far better job. They never criticize my dog. Only compliments.....PetSmart said we should take our dog to the Vet to get her grooming. Lol.....our 18 pound bundle of love "Needs to be sedated to get her nails done !" According to the Employees at PetSmart. Hmmmm I've had many dogs in my life and I think a dogs behavior is based on how they feel at the time with the environment that they are in. Petco will continue to get 100% of our business from now one. P/S my kids love buying all the coats, collars, beds and treats every time we go in. Multiply our family by 1000 customers a month and you can calculate how much your grooming staff is costing you. read more

Disappointing, probably my last in-store PetSmart purchase. Cost $36 for what Chewy would charge $26 on Naturally Fresh kitty litter. PetSmart no longer matches Chewy's prices. They also charged $2 more at the cash register than was listed on the shelf. But not worth returning for the overcharge given covid risks. Clerk was pleasant but lines were long. read more

I'm lucky to have my animals alive after the blatant disregard for poisoned products peddled by these people. After 20 years as a loyal PetSmart customer and proud adopter, no further contact was made for over a month by any member of the safety team or senior management regarding the incident involving my animals having food poisoning as a direct result of a bad bag of Authority dry food, PetSmart is uninterested in the quality or safety of its products or the satisfaction of customers. Never going here for grooming again after not only a bad cut that took 6 hours, but when we came to get our dog we could hear him crying and the groomer (Brittany) being really impatient/rough with him. No report card or readout after. When we came home we realized he had an entire part of his under arm shaved and he had two cuts. I called to inquire what happened because he was off all day afterwards and something had clearly gone wrong, at which point I was told "it was a busy day". I should be supporting someone local anyways - now I have the extra push to do so! read more

Drove over an hour to have my dog FINALLY groomed after two months of this social distancing crap. Only to be told the dogs vaccination ran out days prior, mind you I spoke with the store THREE times before bringing her in and not once did any of the rejects that work there remind me or tell me I needed to bring that. My whole day was wasted and I cancelled 2 appts to keep this one! The manager and staff didn't care at all they wasted my time or day! If she was months expired I could understand that, but it was literally two days! I will NEVER go back, I complained to corporate and am leaving reviews everywhere I can! And I only have one Star because you can't give zero for some reason! read more

Its been the best customer experience i've experienced in awhile!! i got out of work later than expected , called, and they went out of their way to wait a couple minutes after closing to help me out. all i needed was a heater for my fish tank, and with the best help they brought out a few choices up front before i even got there of the best to choose from. want to start by saying i was so thrilled to get my dogs into a groomer again through this covid issue, got there a few minutes early (as its the first time there, i moved and needed a new groomer) the young lady who first spoke to me in the middle of her grooming..... god bless her she was so sweet and attentive and watching over the pup she was grooming so well i felt great about this choice..... than bam.... a young blond girl comes out from the back with a yellow lab who is full of energy ( knowing dogs as i do, you could tell he was penned up for a bit and excited to be out) long story short the young lady had to be a drama queen and make a scene that the dog nipped at her mask and then decided to stand back complaining leaving this excited dog on the table unattended and then they said she was the one booked to do one of my dogs.... as my jaw dropped a male worker walked in and was asked by the young lady if he would help me bring my dogs in and he refused said he didnt feel like it. WTF is wrong with that place? the only one that seemed to care about her job or animals is the one trying to sign me in and groom a dog at the same time.... will never go back there for anything, read more

Buyer beware. Nine out of ten times we are overcharged. Everything rings up at regular price and after you enter your phone number you get the sale price, supposedly! I total as I shop and even when I say the total is incorrect they insist it is correct. After receiving the printed receipt, it is then easy to show a manager and get credited or refunded but what a waste of time. And how many people don't notice and are overcharged consistently? read more
