I brought my 95 pound very dominate German Shepard to the girls at Pawtopia this morning. With little hope that they would be able to properly groom and cut his nails I dropped him off for their "expedited service" they offer. He was completely groomed with nails included in just under an hour! I was in awe and so happy I was able to finally find a place willing to take my big boy and care for him how he should be taken care of. Thank you so much!! read more

In spite of the other reviews, if you have a dog that needs true grooming (I.e. a dog with longer hair or curlier hair), do not go here. Whether or not your dog is matted (ours was not), they completely disregard the proper process of grooming and simply shave the dog. I could buy a pair of clippers for $10 and perform the job they did. Not only that, they perform in a "COVID friendly" manner; while this is fine as being their preference, they bar you from direct communication and review in the process, even forcing you to give a tip before seeing your dog. There are far better solutions to provide much higher customer care while still ensuring safety for all. Again, if your dog is a simple and short haired dog, this place could work for you. However, if not, save yourself some time, money, and embarrassment for your dog and find somewhere else (even if it takes weeks to secure a booking--trust me). read more

I really like Pawtopia. I think they do a great job grooming my dog and accommodating his/my needs for appointment times and grooming preferences. My dog always looks and smells wonderful after his visit to pawtopia and most importantly, he seems happy too. I get the feeling they take really good care of my dog and treat him very nicely. I recommend the paw spa treatment too. His pads used to be so rough but are so smooth now! We have been using pawtopia for a while now, and appreciate their safety efforts during covid19. We are moving further away soon, but I plan to keep coming back, that's how awesome they are! read more

Dropped my cat off for a haircut and nail trim and was told when I arrived to pick her up that she was a pleasure and that everything went well. About a year after what I considered to be a successful first appointment, I scheduled a second appointment with Pawtopia. They booked the appointment over the phone, called me again to solicit my cat's up-to-date veterinary records, agreed to reschedule the initial appointment at my request, and then only a few days prior to the appointment called me to cancel on the grounds that my cat was allegedly too unruly last time she was there. I am skeptical about that claim because my cat is perhaps the most dispositionally relaxed and friendly animal I've ever encountered; but, even assuming that she was so difficult to work with, I don't understand why I was lied to by the gentleman who handed her back to me upon picking her up after her first appointment. Why bother telling me that the first appointment went well and go through the motions of exchanging multiple phone calls, soliciting vet records, and then making and re-making a second appointment if she was so unruly that they had already decided not to have her back a year prior? Dishonesty is bad business, to be sure, but the monumental wasting of my time is what ultimately prompted me to write this review. What a joke. read more

This place is hands down the best grooming salon I've ever taken my dogs to! We have 3 different kinds of dogs with vastly different personalities and the women here are amazing with each of them. Not to mention whatever wizardry they perform keeps our dogs feeling and smelling cleaner longer than any other groomer. I drive 30 mins to and from this place from Manchester because I don't trust anyone else with my pups anymore. They do book up quickly, so don't be surprised if they can't fit you in right away, but it's WELL worth the wait. read more
