Opened 20lb bag of maggot infested dog food.

Maggots in the puppy kibble I bought yesterday morning (THE BAG STATES EXP OF 03/2025). I called and asked them how this can be resolved, and they told me to bring the, now open, maggot infested 20lb of dog food I was sold in order to get a refund. Is that actually reasonable? I waisted $58 on over expired dog food I thankfully checked before feeding my puppies! Don't go here!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!! ‼‼‼ I REPEAT DO NOT!!! I have been bringing my dog Bella for 3+ years here. I never had a bad experience like this. I brought her to her appointment at 10:00am I picked her up at exactly 1:25pm I'm on the way home and I see blood on my wrist. I start to checked my dog and boom. She has a cut/slash on her armpit. They as a very big business should be the top, professional ones. But they have failed as that. Groomer said"oh I didn't even see that, next time when you guys come just let them know about the cut" Never even going back. Do not bring your pets here. Very unprofessional. Don't care about your pet Worst of the worst. Very disappointed.

There was a bit of blood here last night and some scabbing this morning.

I was originally getting my pup groomed at the Petsmart Walnut location but I had to move to this one because I moved to the Chino location. Needless to say, I will not be coming back here. I've only been here twice. The first time I got my pup groomed she got a bath and hair cut. I was met with very sweet groomers and one of them even gave me a progress report of her behavior. My puppy left clean and no injuries. The second time I came, I went for a bath and trim. I wish there was an option for that on the app, but that's not something the store can control. I thought all was well, but when I came home, I noticed that a chunk of my puppy's fur was ripped out near her eye, exposing pink irritated skin. It was slightly bleeding, and she was pawing at it because it was irritating her. Luckily, the bleeding stopped and it scabbed over a bit. I was distraught. I have NEVER had this happen at a salon before. Usually her eye gunk is handled with care, especially if it's near her eye. However, this wasn't the part that infuriated me. I called this Petsmart the next day to ask about treating this injury. The person that groomed her answered the phone. She was very defensive and would not take accountability for what she did, and instead blamed me for not taking care of my dog's eye gunk properly. She also denied that she did not rip her fur out, and that the irritation is caused from the eye gunk. I felt like my needs were not being heard, and that she wasn't being empathetic with what I was trying to say. I just wanted to know how to treat this, and advice on how to prevent eye gunk buildup in the future. Regardless, this still has never happened with a previous salon before. I think the least they could have done for me is to inform me that this happened when I picked her up and how to prevent this from happening again in the future. I was told to just put Neosporin on the wound and go to Banfield if anything worse happens, which is an extra $70 out of my pocket. Petsmart, please properly train your groomers. I recognize that I'm not the only person here who has had issues with the groomers here.

So I just recently went into look at the kittens after we just lost one of our own. I first laid eyes on this little guy and fell in love!!! He's such a sweetheart and the workers were so nice and quick to assist with the adoption so thankful for this joy in my life thank you!

I have been taking my pup to Petsmart Grooming, specifically with Susy E. for four months and it's been wonderful! Susy listens to what I like and she gives me awesome tips on how to maintain my pups fur. She's really patient and I'll keep going with her as long as I can! Thank you Susy for always taking care of us.

Not impressed, they want a ton of money for dog grooming. even sort of expensive for fish and dog supplies. definitly nothing special.

They both clearly love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. When I started, my 6 month old puppy struggles with really bad separation anxiety, anything loud terrified him and made him try to bolt away. I was feeling overwhelmed and completely discouraged that I was doing anything right with him. During our training journey had its challenges, especially correcting my bad training behaviors I was taught along time ago that weren't working. Chloe and Emily were there to guide and support me every step of the way and gave me updated tools that actually work! The one-on-one sessions and private lessons each week were beyond anything I could have imaged, so supportive and willing to spend the extra time in areas most dogs would have blazed through things, Odin needed the extra support for him to become more confident. I know now every dog moves at their own pace and you need to be patient. My training journey isn't over with Odin and glad you guys are apart of mine and Odin's journey. Can't wait until I can eventually show off Odin once he becomes a service dog and let everyone know who helped me get there. Thank you from Odin and Me! See you all later! Now that I have more time I wanted to finish Bella's training. I reached out to bark busters because Bella had a lot of anxiety and would have non stop barking issues. We have a new baby in the house so all the barking was no fun! I'm telling you, no joke after the first visit with our trainer Justine, I felt as if Bella was a whole new dog! She gives such great advice on how to properly train your dog without food incentives and shock collars! I was so amazed that I started telling a lot of my friends about it! I just finished my second session with Justine today and she was giving me tips and tricks on how to walk Bella without her pulling. By the end of the session I was walking Bella and Bella wasn't walking me! Justine truly cares for me and Bella and is very thoughtful on modifying things that help me the best! It's definitely worth the investment. I couldn't be any more happy and I would definitely recommend Bark Busters, especially with Justine, to everyone and anyone! Enjoy a picture of Bella after our training session today!

Since then, we have done our best to train her (even hired a dog training company) and while she's been amazing to us, there have been some incidents. We tried to correct her behavior but we had to go beyond just correcting a behavior, we had to know the why. We needed a dog behaviorist. Enter Bark Busters and Justine! From the very first phone conversation with Justine, she told us about a dog's personality (the who) vs. a dog's behavior (the why). Was our dog just naturally an aggressive dog or was our dog showing aggression due to past trauma. After the initial phone call then came the in person assessment in our home, Justine knew our dog's personality was sweet and loving to us; however, due to her being a rescue, her past experiences led to trauma that led to aggressive behaviors towards others in certain situations. Moreover, during that first assessment, she educated us things we had no idea about or thought about with dogs as pets plus what we need to be and do as owners. Justine was and is exactly what we were looking for in understanding our dog and from there building the right relationship with our dog that will keep her and others safe. The business model and curriculum that Bark Busters and Justine have put in place is one of a kind and works from day 1. We have always wanted what is best for our dog and to give her the best life possible, especially because she is a rescue and her breed. Bark Busters and Justine continues to give us the tools in place to build the confidence and trust we have as owners in our dog and our dog has in us as owners. We are forever grateful to Justine and will recommend her and Bark Busters to anyone!

I had previously tried Board and Train programs at Sit Means Sit twice, but they didn't help with KB's anxiety at all. Tony was a completely different experience. What sets Tony apart is how thorough he is. He didn't just give commands; he constantly explained the "why" behind KB's behaviors. He was also incredibly supportive of me, helping me work through my own fears and nervousness. Because of his guidance, I can now actually play box with KB without the fear that he'll suddenly react toward me. We covered so much ground, including: * Command & Muzzle Work: Building a foundation of safety and communication. * Boundaries: KB used to be glued to my side whenever I answered the door. Now, he can stay calmly on the couch while I greet someone, and he stays indoors even when I go through the patio door. * Safety & Care: Tony was always so accommodating with scheduling. If it was too hot for an outdoor session, he would proactively suggest changing it for KB's safety. If you feel stuck or overwhelmed with your dog's behavior, go to Tony. He turned everything around for us, and I'm so grateful for the confidence he's given both me and KB.

We started with them when our Belgian Malinois was 4 months old, we also decided to do the 3-week Board and Train program when Logan, our trainer, recommended it to us. I'm so thankful and truly appreciate Logan's patience, dedication, and willingness to work with both us and our dog. He has been an amazing trainer and has been there to guide us every step of the way. One thing about Logan is that he doesn't just train the dog, he teaches the owners how to properly communicate, build understanding, and explain how training will look when continuing at home. I can confidently say we've learned much as owners and we've seen such a positive difference in our dog, and we're so grateful we found Elevated Canine and Logan. Although there's been some instances in which we arrive a little late, Logan, with the positive spirit that he has, is always so understanding and welcoming. He never makes us down or shuns us- nothing but a great attitude and an eagerness to educate! You can genuinely feel the love and care Logan puts into his job and especially with our Darius. He's always willing to board Darius whenever we need it, especially on the days when I'm busy or working overtime at work, and that means so much to us. Knowing that Darius is somewhere he is loved, cared for, and in good hands gives us so much peace of mind. We're excited to continue working with them and if we could have the opportunity to meet thee great Oscar Mora, we'd want express our gratitude as well as mention how wonderfully he picked and taught his staff. He hired really good people who go above and beyond! May God continue to bless them and his whole foundation.
