Second visit was a complete disappointment…read more I dropped off my two dogs at 9:15 AM for a 9:30 appointment and didn't get them back until after 6 PM--with zero communication. I called multiple times (1:30 PM and 3:30 PM) and was told the same thing each time: "they're almost done" and "up next." No call ever came. When we finally showed up at closing, only one dog was ready. The other hadn't even had their finishing cut or brush-out completed. This turned into a 9-hour ordeal with no updates, and my dinner plans were completely ruined. My dogs were also there all day without food. To make matters worse, the owner didn't apologize, did. It even approached my husband and one of the workers asked for a tip. Really? This is unacceptable--poor communication, poor time management, and unprofessional service. I will not be returning. Schedule if you want a daycare without communication.

We recently brought in our 15-month-old Goldendoodle, Zoie, and our 9-year-old Labradoodle, Bella, and the results were absolutely excellent. The staff at Ellie's are extremely friendly and personable. They took the time to listen to exactly what type of cut we wanted, showing they genuinely care about both the dogs and their owners' preferences. Both Zoie and Bella came out looking fantastic, with grooms that were perfectly executed. The facility itself is well-maintained, clean, and very welcoming, which made us feel comfortable leaving our girls there. It has been a total five-star experience from start to finish. We will definitely be repeat customers!

I asked Paulo to walk Charlie for a couple hours each day so that Charlie would get a good amount of exercise and wouldn't have as much energy when home with my senior parents. Everything went so well! Paulo is a great guy who took amazing care of Charlie for every single day we were gone. Paulo took Charlie on long walks around different neighborhoods and also took him to the dog park to socialize with other pups. Paulo sent pictures and videos during every walk so I felt good knowing Charlie was being well cared for. I am so happy to have found Paulo and I recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent and friendly dog walker!

I would never recommend this grooming company to anyone infact I'm reporting them to the proper authority. When I spoke to the office she tried to down play what he did but it was unacceptable no groomer should ever treat a customer like he did. Before he even started I had told him that my dogs are both rescue dogs who have been victims of abuse so for him to be easy with them. He didn't care he was just mean to my baby. I recommend that if you have your pet groomed by this company I recommend you stay with your pet because if he did that to my pet who knows what he can do to the next one or if he's ever done it before.
