Brought my 5 month old puppy in for his first grooming appointment and it went so well!! Stella the owner was so friendly and welcoming I knew I could trust her with my fur baby. Very easy process. Dropped off puppy, waited around 2-3 hours, got the call, and picked up a cute and happy puppy. Highly recommend! Thanks Stella for a great first experience!

Stella is kind and gentle with pets. She noticed my dog was nervous at first and so, she took her time to make Bella feel comfortable and then proceeded to take her in for her grooming appointment. Bella came out looking so pretty! Absolutely loved her haircut.

They surprised us at our most recent groom with this cute little outfit! Stella, the owner, is professional, kind, and all around wonderful. Would definitely recommend!

I can't believe this. I took our dog for his spa day and his usual haircut that he has been getting there for a year . The owner Stella knows him and always says do we want the same cut.When I went to pick him up she brought out a dog and when I said that's not my dog she went and got Tucker and I didn't even recognize him until he ran to me .They shaved him !! There are bald places that are red. He is very depressed and sad and so are we . My husband is furious.

Gnocchi is always so well cared for and groomed to how we like it! The staff is super friendly and do such a thorough job. It was hard to find a place that groomed a 100lb bernedoodle. Gnocchi comes out perfectly groomed, smells amazing, and always leaves with a cute tie!

Stella and her staff are really conscientious and kind to the animals. My dog, Freddie, used to be skittish when I would take him to his former groomer. Now, he is excited to get groomed and hang out with new little buddies. She doesn't keep the dogs in kennels like other places. They get to play in a communal playpen and Freddie absolutely loves it. We have had a wonderful experience at perfect pet salon and with Stela! Our mini golden doodle, Winnie, has been going to stela for a couple of years now. Just got my Toby Christmas ready! We have been taking him to Perfect Pet Salon for his grooming needs probably for more than a year now and they never fail to give him the best service. He always gets home looking his best with a free bow after a haircut but this time, they put on a cute little Christmas vest. He always smells good and fresh each time and his charming "eyelashes" is always a hit! He always gets the Schnauzer cut and they sure know what's the perfect cut for each breed. was getting my dog groomed at chain stores but they stopped citing urination as a sign of stress, when really he's just a senior pup with a weak bladder. after looking up other groomers in the area decided to try perfect pet salon based on their approach to dogs. and not only are they more affordable than the chains my 15 year old pooch always comes out looking like a puppy read more

Established in 2012.

I am owner of 5 dogs. Before I took my license as a dog groomer it was very hard to find a nice and patient professional groomers to work on my dogs. That time, when, I brought my dogs to be groomed, they came home smelling worse than they was. So, after years being frustrated; I decided to immerse in the world of dogs. I got my license and started to work with dogs. I can tell you that was the best decision that I had made in my life. I tell everyone that my dogs help me to find the best job of the world . Working with dogs is a dream. I love my job.

We told them that we would muzzle her before they would take them and she should be fine. The font desk, maybe the manager, said putting a muzzle on her before taking her would not be needed and would not listen to me about letting me muzzle her. Sure enough when they went to muzzle her she was scared and acted aggressively towards them. They called me back after having them for less than 10 minutes to pick them up. These people think they know everything about how to handle all dogs and will not listen to you. It was a waste of time even talking to them. They do not know what they are doing and will only take easy dogs to deal with.

But when we walked in with our cat there was no one at the front desk to greet us and ask us about our cat -he is skittish and I would have liked to have met his groomer to talk to her . But she just grabbed the carrier and put it in the dog grooming area . So my poor kitty who was already freaked out from being in our car was now sitting in a room filled with dogs ! I hope they actually have a different quieter space for cats but again had no information about that . Another groomer finally came out - gave us an info card to sign- And then asked for proof of rabies vaccination- that was NOT mentioned to us when we called to set up the appointment. We did not have that with us, but it didn't really matter at that point because there was no way I was going to leave my 10 year old very scared cat at Clip and Clean.

I've tried pretty much every dog groomer in the area. We kept bouncing from one to another because they were either too hard to get an appointment, too expensive or only did an acceptable job. We've now been back here have a dozen times and wouldn't go anywhere else! They know exactly how to groom my Lana who has a lot of hair with mixed texture and its not easy to do a good cut on her. It's not a problem anymore! She looks perfect every time and whatever they use for shampoo is just so fresh smelling! Parking is easy and the hours they keep are very convenient. I seriously cannot stop gushing about how adorable my dog is! I have been to a few groomers in the area but Stela is the best. She is very friendly and you can tell she takes deep pride in her work. And with my happy, fluffy clean dog it shows! Best part? Stela actually LISTENS. All the other places I've visited in the past, the groomer does whatever they want, disregarding my requests. I get my dog is finicky. I get my dog is difficult. However Stela must be a dog whisperer because she definitely got my crazy dog to listen! And the outcome? I got exactly what I asked for. I am beyond thrilled with Stella Grooming! I took my two Havanese there, and within less than two hours, Stella called to let me know they were ready. The service was incredibly fast, and when I saw my dogs, they were perfectly groomed and looked absolutely adorable in their little Christmas outfits. Stella was recommended by my mother, and even though I live in Pleasanton, I will happily continue driving to Concord to have my dogs groomed by her. It's absolutely worth the drive, and the best part is how happy and comfortable my dogs seemed with her. I just took my two dogs to Stela for the first time last weekend. She took such great care of them! Stela noticed my dogs' skin was a little irritated (they have allergies and are adjusting to a new city) so she used hypoallergenic shampoo. Usually when we pick up our dogs from other groomers, they can't wait to get outta there. But our dogs were so comfortable with Stela. Stela's level of service and attention to detail differentiates her from everyone else out there in the grooming business. She truly cares and you can tell she loves what she does.
