I…read moresaid that I couldn't reschedule to the next Saturday as I had scheduled something then due to this appointment. The girl said she would keep my appointment and try and clean my dog up herself and I could reschedule with corrine. So I show up to my 10am appointment only to find it closed and locked. She said she would be there at 9 for another dog. So now I've wasted my time showing up only for her to not be there. Only to call to find out corrine has been out for weeks! I could have gotten a call to reschedule weeks ago but no they just waited to the last minute and then just didn't show up at all. At least have the decency to call and cancel so I wouldn't miss other appointments! Corrine had done a great job but this is how her associate runs her business in her absence and I don't appreciate my time being wasted.

It's in the middle of July and extremely hot, keep in mind he is an adult fluffy Maine Coon breed cat, so we felt terrible he was so anxious and we were just trying to keep him cool. By GRACE of the angels, We went by Ruff House where we have gone to groom our dog before and DENISE was SO incredibly calming, reassuring, and helped out in a pinch!!! Especially to my mom, she even knew her by name as well as our pets!! Now that's 1,000 star customer service. She is the SWEETEST lady and her team just loves ours and others animals and you can tell. Not to mention she trimmed his matted belly with a couple helpers in RECORD time! And everyone left so happy! Her and her team are the absolute best in the area and we must put our trust into employees that are animal lovers and not just there for your money but because they love what they do and they care for their life, because these are our fur babies we love. She has been and IS an absolutely darling and a life saver! Not to mention everytime our dog gets a bath there she has the prettiest bows on her collar and she's happy she feels clean and fancy! Not only did she help out today, but she also recommended another Vet after our experience that is known for taking VERY good care of animals so we will now be going there for all of our pets shots, any health concerns, or anything or that matter, and I couldn't be more happy or feel more safe! The team gave me a two to three hour estimate and advised they would call me when he was ready. They hit the timing dead on at two hours. I have felt very judged and as if I was a poor dog parent. That was not the case here. My dog Tina has been nippy and at times aggressive with other groomers , but not with Robbyn. She told me Tina was calm , relaxed and the grooming went well.
