It's in the middle of July and extremely hot, keep in mind he is an adult fluffy Maine Coon breed cat, so we felt terrible he was so anxious and we were just trying to keep him cool. By GRACE of the angels, We went by Ruff House where we have gone to groom our dog before and DENISE was SO incredibly calming, reassuring, and helped out in a pinch!!! Especially to my mom, she even knew her by name as well as our pets!! Now that's 1,000 star customer service. She is the SWEETEST lady and her team just loves ours and others animals and you can tell. Not to mention she trimmed his matted belly with a couple helpers in RECORD time! And everyone left so happy! Her and her team are the absolute best in the area and we must put our trust into employees that are animal lovers and not just there for your money but because they love what they do and they care for their life, because these are our fur babies we love. She has been and IS an absolutely darling and a life saver! Not to mention everytime our dog gets a bath there she has the prettiest bows on her collar and she's happy she feels clean and fancy! Not only did she help out today, but she also recommended another Vet after our experience that is known for taking VERY good care of animals so we will now be going there for all of our pets shots, any health concerns, or anything or that matter, and I couldn't be more happy or feel more safe! Thank you so much Denise for helping my family and animals not only get taken care of and groomed exquisitely on this hot day, but to recommend a wonderful new vet that is nearby and has great feedback from customers really does mean the world and makes us feel so much more safe and at ease! The team gave me a two to three hour estimate and advised they would call me when he was ready. They hit the timing dead on at two hours. He was beautiful, as well as nicely trimmed claws, including his dew claw. I could not have asked for better service. Fur Sure is now my pet groomer of choice.

When my wife saw Nala after the appointment, she was amazed. Nala looked and smelled fresh. For the second visit, our Frenchie, Reese, needed a good grooming session. Janese did an incredible job. Are little dogs were quite the mess after a very busy winter. Life happened and their coats could have been better managed, but it was not in the cards for us.With everything we had going on as a family. Typically, in previous experience elsewhere. I have felt very judged and as if I was a poor dog parent. That was not the case here. And it was a very much appreciated because I do a well enough job recognizing my own shortcomings and feeling guilty. Again, they make the best team we couldn't be happier.
