The dog food selection was limited compared to what we have back home, so we weren't able to get the exact same food we usually feed the dogs, but they had Taste of the Wild which was a brand we used to feed the dogs. Pricing was on par with what you'd pay at the bigger stores but the customer service here is what sets it apart from most pet stores. You can tell they love what they do! Parking was super easy, as they had multiple spots in front of the store. Definitely would be my go-to pet store if I lived in the area.

For $12 everything was included except the labor....we had to provide that. We were able to wash her twice so she was very clean by the time we were done with her. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked with plenty of variety of each type of item. The elevated tubs make it so much easier than doing it at home. They have the benches with steps to get the large dogs in and out of the tubs so that's not an issue, either. If we lived in the area this place would be a routine for us.....much more affordable than a visit to the groomer.

These tubs were perfect and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating and kind. The price was great. Our baby came out looking bright white! There is a great selection of food, treats, toys and all kinds of goodies in the store. We got a bunch of treats for the boy! Tia's self wash is located in the store and cleverly separated from the retail area by glass doors. This will be our go to place for the big baby when we are in Sonora next!
