The team gave me a two to three hour estimate and advised they would call me when he was ready. They hit the timing dead on at two hours. Update. My friend had taken my puppy here when she was watching him while I was on vacation. He was there for the daily boarding and a couple days later I noticed a red mark on his tummy and tried to treat it. 3 days later I noticed multiple spots of hair missing so I took him to the vet right away and found out him got ring worm. This is the only place he's been since we brought him home 7 weeks prior and none of my animals have ring worm. He is totally broken out with it and now I have to pay not only for the expensive vet bill but have to spend months trying to treat him since it doesn't go away easily. I wish I wouldn't have let them take him here!! read more

Took my pom puppy to Fur Sure for her very first groom. This hidden gem is located next to Jamestown Veterinarian Hospital. The owner/groomer Garrett is wonderful! I don't know who was more anxious at the start, me or my puppy, but he put us both at ease right away. I know how wormy and yappy my Stormy is (so extra with the drama, LOL), but Garrett obviously has a way with animals, because she hardly made a peep the whole time (yes, I stayed in the waiting room for the entire process). She went in a wild furball. When she came out, she looked so sleek & smooth. Her coat had a beautiful sheen and was so velvety soft. She smelled of coconut. Garrett is absolutely amazing! I took my long haired rabbit to him for a fill grooming. He is the only groomer in town that can do it, and I was blown away with the job he did. Not only is he extremely professional and skilled, but he clearly loves animals and takes such good care of my girl. She is not afraid of being groomed and isn't stressed after going to the groomer's, despite having to ride in the car there and back which is normally stressful for her.
