We took our 3 dogs to be groomed this week for the first time going to Wilco. Charissa and Henry are the best team and did a fabulous job. Every time i've spoken with them, they have been the kindest. They took their time called and gave me update and seem like they genuinely care. Are little dogs were quite the mess after a very busy winter. Life happened and their coats could have been better managed, but it was not in the cards for us.With everything we had going on as a family. Typically, in previous experience elsewhere. I have felt very judged and as if I was a poor dog parent. That was not the case here. And it was a very much appreciated because I do a well enough job recognizing my own shortcomings and feeling guilty. Again, they make the best team we couldn't be happier. We had some time to kill while we were waiting on getting our tires changed. - so we decided to stop into Wilco. I was impressed at the diversity of items that this particular Wilco carries. From quality Danner Boots, to Pendleton blankets and towels (swoon), rain wear, cat food, dog food, home and outdoor supplies, gardening tools, overalls, slippers, and much more - Wilco has it. Though their clothing selection isn't cheap, I appreciated that it seemed to be well curated. In fact my husband came back for some work boots a week or so later. If you want lower priced work/outdoor wear etc - Tractor Supply and/or Big 5 might have some more deals, but if price isn't an issue - Wilco has some quality finds. Due to Wilco's higher prices - we refrained from making any pricey impulse buys, but we did end up buying some some fun cat toys and cat food. Trust. read more

I ordered what I needed by talking voice to voice with an employee in the warehouse. He was efficient at his job and "got the job done, efficiently and speedily. I had them deliver my extremely large order to my house, I paid extra for this service, I was told I needed to pay for 2 worker's, however, it was only the one worker that did all the work, his name was Craig, he was great at what he did. The "other employee", I do not know what his name was he did nothing but stand around not pulling his weight. I feel the company should reimburse me for the man that did not do his job, that I paid extra for him to do. I believe it was $50.00 per man to drive 5.6 miles from the store to my property and to unload in my garage and leave. read more

They have a good variety but confused employees. I made sure they had what o wanted but when I got there, they had reserved 5 pound bags instead of 50 pound bags. However, they are the only store that has them, unless I wanted to drive to Grass Valley. NOT. Employers very cheerful, if confused. read more

I used to be a regular customer here until I experienced a double charge incident. After several weeks of phone calls with the store manager and providing my receipt and bank records, she acted like I was bothering her and was told there's nothing else she could do. I immediately called the corporate office and provided them the same info and they informed me they reversed the double charged. My bank, along with Visa, have now filed a claim showing they never reimbursed me. 3months later and they still have my money.I now shop at Tractor Supply and Lowes where I also get a veteran discount. read more

I had our Golden Retriever groomed today and received excellent service. I was able to book an appointment the day after I called. Jackson had a lot of matted fur from being boarded over the holidays. The groomer did a great job. She obviously knows what she is doing. He looks and smells and feels great now. I look forward to coming in every few months. read more

Went in on Saturday morning with the intent to purchase a new crate for my dog, some dog food and a few other miscellaneous items. I was attracted by the advertisement that was mailed to my residence that stated:"25% off all wire kennels". The store is organized and laid out well. It was relatively empty. I found the store to be incredibly overpriced. I ended up walking out without any interactions with their employees. I went to tractor supply & bought ALL of my items for the same cost as one of their wired kennels. I don't see this place lasting in this community without competitive pricing. A similar kennel was over $50 cheaper at TS. read more

Sad to say our experience at this store today 6/10 wasnot a good one. First we asked questions and the employees didn't know answers, they should have known. Secondly my handicapped husband had to use the restroom and the handicap stall was out of order. Thirdly heads up to all Veterans, they DO NOT give Veterans discount on sales items. And lastly, the sale said ALL 2X spray paint was on sale, we purchased 4 cans and received the discount on only 2 cans. When I went back into the store there were 5 people in line and only one checker. He called for back up and no one came. I will only be going back to get my discount. read more

We took our dog to the in-store groomers. They did a wonderful job the groomers at this location are very professional. We have had other groomers in the area not take her as she is a bite risk rescue. They handler her with no problems. Will bring all our dogs to them from now on. read more

DO NOT EVER EVER BRING YOUR ANIMAL TO BE GROOMED HERE. My poor pup was completely shaved after asking for a trim for him. He also now has no eyelashes which is absolutely preposterous. His toe is gushing blood from his toe nails being clipped too short and it is causing him so much pain. I hope the next person who sees this doesn't make the same mistake we did. read more

They play games with pricing. If you get an ad in the mail and refuse to sign up with email and phone number you do NOT get the sales price. I was told by a very rude cashier that price is only for members. Why don't they put that in the ad? WE don't do business like that in Sonora, maby it works in Hong Kong. You are off to a bad start. Great staff and selection, and a pleasant shopping experience compared to TSC where it is hard to find help and the aisles are super cramped. Handy to have the drive in loading area. A new store as of spring 2021 and they are working out some kinks but after a mistake they made things right for us. Glad to have this as an option to TSC. read more

What a useless store! Local radio station promotes "Buy Local Pledge" but these guys never have in store what they show on local website. Called paint dept to see about a particular stain, lady just scoweled "no We don't have that!" and hung up. I'm just a pain in the hiney customer I guess.
