I really wanted to support a local business. I have bought several items from them over the years. Most recently, (7/2020) we bought a matching couch and recliner. Leather. Motorized. This was our most expensive purchase from them yet. The padding in the arms of BOTH the couch and chair is disintegrating. Not just deflated. Actually leaving grainy foam bits on the ground. My husband 1st emailed in November of 2021. Nearly every week, 11 weeks now, he has been calling to get this issue resolved. The owners WILL NOT call us back. It's to the point, I don't know what to do next. My husband is extremely angry and feels disrespected. I'm resorting to social media. They either need to replace the couch and chair or refund us the money. I'll be contacting BBB, our credit card company, and the manufacturer next. read more

So excited at first. Our sofa was delivered right away and on time with a recliner on back order. The sofa was ripped. They were very nice and scheduling a new time for delivery of a new soaSo on the day of the delivery we were waiting for them and finally called. We were told that the items didn't come in and they forgot to call us. It feels like maybe they were sold to someone else. So for Thanksgiving we sat on a ripped sofa and a bean bag on the ground. The furniture looked nice, had to leave because totally inaccessible for wheelchair users. I guess they didn't want my money. A young man offered to move furniture for me to get me to the mattress section, honestly it was so packed I have no idea where he would move it to, besides I'm not talking about small pieces in the way, whole dining room sets, chests and bulky furniture in the way. Not only did we find what we needed in our budget but I found a new store to shop at as well. They also loaded it in our car for us. Went in to look at power recliner chairs. Saw an Ashley Signature power recliner we liked. We were interested in buying one and maybe 2. The one I liked was on sale for $999. After waiting and looking and trying chairs we had to ask for help. This is after probably 25 mins. Maybe longer. I finally had to stop the sales lady (long hair) and ask questions and if come in other colors. She said she would check. We waited for her to return and after approx 10 mins we decided to look for her. She was busy talking and laughing with a coworker. She completely forgot about us. I asked if she checked on others and she said sorry I'll check now. We left. I did end up purchasing an Ashley power recliner elsewhere. Same color style as the one they were selling and got it for $826. delivered two days later. Terribly disappointed in lack of customer service. On the downside delivery was late, they did not bring all items purchased, and could not fit couch in guest room. I would like to commend John and Eric, the delivery persons who came to our house yesterday to deliver a loveseat. This was for an upstairs room, and the sofa that was present needed to be brought downstairs. Could not get it down the stairs, so they took the sofa out the balcony, and hoisted it down and placed it in my living room. Purchased a set from the store and had high hopes on how smoothly everything seemed to be going. We had to get some furniture removed and were told by an older male that they would take our sofas and armchairs. Feeling good we then waited to get our furniture delivered and the two men who helped set things up were awesome! Kudos to them. After they delivered/set it up they told us they would come back to take our other two chairs. 2 hours pass no word so we end up calling the store. On the phone we were told, "Oh they didn't take it yet?" by another employee on the phone. We ask to speak to the guy who helped us with our order and were transferred only to hear, "Oh it was a different kind of sofa so we changed our mind on taking your two other chairs." No phone call or notice. If we never called we would've just been waiting on nothing. Very unprofessional and sad because we love the furniture we got but seems we won't be going back there for a while. Why fours stars, they forget some of our orders and bought the wrong piece and then I didn't know my bed were extra long- my fault. Christmas 2009 my husband bought me a rocker/recliner w/ottoman;(with a 5 year warranty) I sat in it twice before all the barrings came out of the bottom of the rocker. I called the store and was told to bring it in that they would replace it. I did this and was told the replacement would be back in one week. I waited and waited and finally called and was told that it had been sitting there waiting for me. I received no phone call no letter, nothing telling me that it was in. I recently moved around that time and my family roon was upstairs and my living room was downstairs. Since it's just my husband and I the chair was placed in the living room and never hardly used. We had a large dinner with several friends, I sat down in my recliner and it would not recline. AGAIN another broken chair. AGAIN I called, was told to bring it in, which I did. AGAIN I was told it would be about a week, After "3" weeks I called and was told it was on backorder. Not very good Service, Not very good Quality, All in All I just don't think I could even say any thing in their favor. I am very disappointed. Pretty poor business ethnics. DO NOT order furniture from this store!!! They are arrogant and rude!! I ordered a dining room table and chairs in mid September. When my order was delivered in mid October they only had two of the four chairs. I was never told or warned before delivery that my order was not complete. After waiting another week I called the store to ask when the rest of my order would be ready. The person who answered the phone didn't even know I was missing some of my order. It was two days before I got an answer that my chairs would not be in for another four to six weeks. It is obvious that they hadn't reordered the chairs when they should have when they realized some of my order was missing, but only reordered them when I called and complained. After waiting the additional 6 weeks I call again asking on the status of my chairs and was told I had to wait yet another week. At this point it will be 13 weeks that I have been waiting on these chairs!!! I just bought my first house and and this is my first dining room set. This has been very disappointing!!!! They have offered me no compensation and barely an apology. They have done nothing to make the situation better. They are full of excuses and can not admit to their mistakes. read more

I will never go in this store again. I bought a love seat from these people in May, 2016. It was defective. I called at least once a week with the promise of "jeff will call you back tomorrow". Jeff never called back. In November they picked finally picked it up, kept it a few days and brought it back. It was no different from when they picked it up. I asked the delivery person to take it back but he said he was not authorized. So, the phone calls to Jeff started again with the same response. "He will call you tomorrow" and of course that didn't happen. I complained to Ashley (the manufacturer) and they said they would contact the store. Still nothing from Jeff who is apparently the only person who can do anything. I finally called the store shortly after Christmas (8 months after the purchase) and told the girl who answered the phone that I had stopped by the court and picked up papers for small claims court and I would be filing them the next day. She told me that Jeff told her there was nothing wrong with the love seat. The next morning I got a call from the mysterious 'Jeff'. He told me that he had ordered a new love seat and it would be delivered in about a week. It was still almost 6 weeks later before it was delivered. This could have and should have been handled within days after I first called. Their attitude was very nice when I was shopping but ridiculous when I complained. I have never written a review of any business before but, after the way I was treated, I couldn't just forget it. I gave them one star because it would not let me post this without giving a rating. The place is huge and they have lots of great stuff. They were also having a mattress and no-sales-tax sale, so we tested a few of them and found one we liked and made the purchase. Julie was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the mattresses. They were able to deliver the mattress in about 4 hours and the 2 delivery guys were very friendly and efficient. We never leave empty handed as there is always something I can find to add to our decor...and they are always getting new things in stock so decor is constantly changing. They carry all styles...not just rustic...so anyone can find what they are looking for in their showroom. We also got our new bed there and the mattress is the most comfortable we have ever slept on. The pricing on all items is beyond reasonable... We always feel like we got a great deal!
