Bought a mattress less than a year ago. Mold grew in between the box spring and top mattress. We spilled nothing on the top of the matresses or in between the mattresses like we were accused. Now we have no bed. Will never go back or recommend bedquarters ever. read more

We went to buy a mattress at another business close by and received many promises when it would be delivered. After quite a few days and much waiting we got our money back and went to bedquarters. This is one of the best businesses I've ever done business with. They were very understanding of our situation. My husband was having trouble sleeping, we bought a new mattress from them. My husband couldn't sleep on it, so they exchanged with us for a different mattress. We still had issues, Steve worked with us to try to come up with a solution. I bought a CA king bed from here. I have suffered from some back pain and was guaranteed this bed was for us! It was my first brand new bed purchase! After experiencing more intense back pain then before, I attempted to see about changing the bed since it was "under warranty" I was told by a man who worked there, he would check into the warranty for me because they didn't carry my brand anymore. After giving him a month I had to call back since he didn't ever get back to me. Only to find out, he dropped the ball and didn't handle it. I actually don't believe he ever called the manufacturer. He told me since I didn't have a mattress cover the warranty was void, even though the protection of a mattress cover wasn't the issue. The bed is a faulty mattress and caves in on both sides of the bed. When I told him no one suggested for me to buy one or bother to inform me of this warranty, his response to me was "we always suggest them" (in my case this business never suggested I purchase a cover to keep in line with a warranty, or even at all). He was completely rude and was not interested in helping me find a solution. He spoke quickly and arrogantly to me trying to get rid of me on the phone. Now I'm stuck with a $1200 faulty mattress. And in desperate need of a replacement. I would not give this company any more business. Nor would I suggest them to anyone else. Lesson learned! I will now buy a mattress cover in the future to cover myself against arrogant business owners that assume their elderly employees are doing their job in the up-sale of mattress covers. read more
