The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming after he declined the credit card offer. Overall, we were disappointed with the customer service, especially given the size of the purchase. While I do enjoy, browsing, and not being asked if I needed help every five minutes for a sales person, it would've been nice to at least have been acknowledged for being in the store. All of that aside, I love the variety of local items from olive oil's, to spices, and more. It's not only great to support small business, but when they are supporting other local businesses, I will embrace that every single time.
