We left "Coco" for the first time this week for a total of 8 days! A little anxious on "parents" part, but I had to write this stellar review and "THANKS" to the team who loved, played and cared for Coco! Megan was our point of contact and subsequent call to nervously "check in" on Coco, SMILES ARE EVERYWHERE! Coco is not only happy to see us but relaxed, excited is putting it mildly - she absolutely was "loved" during her stay at Paws inn /Sonora! And it shows! We will be back over and over as our travel plans are growing now that we know Coco is going to be well cared for"! Top off they gave Coco a bath and toe nail trim and what mom wouldn't be signing Paws Inn praises! read more

Caring, professional dog hotel, with 4x16 runs attached to many of their kennels. Very conscientious about giving any needed medications. They also have a vet right next door. My vet brings her dogs here! Enough said! read more

This place is absolutely terrible. The boarding conditions here are absolutely horrifying and the staff could truly care less about the care your animal receives. We brought our terrier mix here for a couple days and during the stay they never fed or brought our dog out of the kennel. Why? Because they said it tried to nip them and therefore they wouldn't take her out. So instead of calling us, they decided to keep her in the kennel for TWO days. We brought a bag of food that was never given to our dog and she came out of that place shaking and crying. I can't say enough terrible things about this place and I can only hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake we made. read more

Great Kennel, recently remodeled. Indoor and outdoor kennel for each dog. Heat or AC. My puppy lab of 7 months bolts from the truck to the front door. We have been going to Paws Inn for over 20 years. There is also a joining Dr. Vet next door! Couldn't be more pleased. Cheers read more

We've used this place to board our bassets for decades. They love their "Her little pool by the cabanas" lol They love what they do, are dedicated & responsible. It's clean, but loud. Has reasonable rates. It's our go-to for our pet vacations. read more

Paws Inn the the best! Excellent care, clean facilities, temp control indoor kennels which open to outdoors. You can opt for special play time with other dogs on a daily basis and it is connected and owned by a veterinarian office next door. My energetic lab mix loves it. I have always had my dogs boarded and bathed at the Paws Inn and the place has been taken over by new management. The people greeted me very warm and friendly. The whole place smelled great and was very clean. They explained that there were some great changes that are going to be made this year.... They had clean kennels and a warm blanket for my dog when we went in the back. The prices seem very worth the service you get now. You can bring all the comforts of home to make your dog feel better and that is just what I did. I picked up my two dogs and they smelt great since they offer a departure bath! They had playtime in the back and seemed very happy! I am definitely coming back this summer for boarding again. read more

My dog has stayed here 3 times. They are great. I needed to drop my dog off early and they let me which was really nice. My dog doesn't freak out when we get to the door so I like that too. read more

As a client of Paws Inn (and the parent of an exuberant 16-month-old German Shepherd who enjoys the facility's Doggie Day Care on a nearly daily basis), I wish I could rate Paws Inn higher than the 5-stars allowed on Yelp. I regularly witness the excellent care the Paws Inn staff provides to the dogs who come to stay/play there, and I appreciate their understanding of the unique needs related to dogs of varying sizes, breeds, temperaments, and ages. They have an amazing ability to appropriately select and pair similar sized dogs as great playmates for my dog and - because they never leave dogs unattended while playing together in the large outside yard - I never worry about my GSD's safe interactions with the other dogs (whether she's there for daycare or boarding). I highly recommend Paws Inn for its caring staff, consistently clean kennels and play yard, and high quality of care for dogs of all sizes and ages. My high-energy 80-lb GSD pup has a great time at Paws Inn - and your dog will too! read more

A dog groomer who only does bathing, and refuses to cut hair? Isn't that what dog grooming is? How is that even possible, that's like going to a restaurant to order dinner, only to find out they don't sell anything to drink, not even water. Get with the program ladies, this is pretty ridiculous in my opinion. The mission continues for my dog to get groomed by a true dog groomer. read more

They just understand puppies and their owners!! My second time dropping my "babies" while I had to go out of town. They take care of them like they were their own!! They do not laugh at the crazy woman calling to see how the puppies are doing. I love them. They love my puppies (full disclosure. Two beautiful pit bulls are my puppies). My dog always stays here. I think they are great. Large runs for the dogs, blankets and towels for them to use as bedding, and they also feed them great dog food. I would really recommend it. read more

We had our large dog stay here for a few nights. The employees were kind, informative and great with our dog. We brought him his own dog food, treats and a few chew toys and everything was returned to us, with the exception of whatever food and treats were used. We will definitely be using their services again next time we have to go out of town. read more

The staff was great!!!! We left our two little guys with them for 3 days. First time ever boarded them. We called everyday and they gave us updates saying they we're fine and all was good. Nice people, full service, seems well-arranged for the dogs, and our terrier mix seemed happy there. The daily rate seems good, too.

We absolutely Love Paws Inn. Megan and staff take excellent care of our dog who is a is a 2 year old a lab mix. The staff is very friendly and nice when you call in to check on your dog. Personalized attention is given to each dog. Our dog loves her play dates with other dogs. They pair your dog up with other dogs based upon the personality for their play dates. Attention is given to dogs who are on a special Diet. Our dog is on a doggy weight watchers plan. When we pick our dog up, everything we brought to boarding is placed back in a bag. Their dog kennel's they have are indoor/outdoor and are very clean. The staff makes sure that shots of every dogs are up to date when the dog arrives, including the doggy influenza shot. Finally, what I like as well is there is an excellent veterinarian doctor right next-door just in case there is a medical need for your dog. I would 100% recommend and trust PAWS Inn, with your boarding needs. read more

We had an advisory evacuation in Cedar Ridge and I was in a panic as to where to take my dogs. Paws Inn took them, no questions asked. I was so greatful and relieved to know that my pets would be safe while I was at work. When I came to pick the dogs up in the morning, the girls said that it would be free of charge due to my circumstances. I could not thank them enough! read more

I previewed the arrangement for cat boarding, and felt very good with the accommodations as shown to me by a young lady, who was there in the afternoon taking care of the dogs. She made me feel that my kitty, 6 months old, would have plenty of room and lots of cozy pads, etc., when she showed me the boarding facility. However, when the kitty was brought in for boarding, the older lady that greeted us did nothing to make us feel welcome and secure. She never noted the items we brought...food, toys, blanket...and didn't even want us to place our kitty in her "house" for the week ahead. We have no idea the care that our kitty received, whether her litterbox was cleaned regularly, whether her food bowl was kept full, and whether he was ever held or played with. When we picked up our kitty, the same lady never commented on our kitty care, just asked for the payment of the bill, and she would not let us go and get him...she brought him out, with none of his belongings. Needless to say, she again showed no care or concern for our pet. I think things might have felt better to us if we could have dealt with the young lady who first showed me the facility. I could not recommend Paws Inn for kitty boarding based on how we were dealt with. read more
