Francesca is amazing, professional, great with dogs... There is so many positive things to say about her I can't write it all! I have two dogs Bella and Sonny. They're my life, my babies and I do not like to leave them especially to the vet or groomer .. The scary places :) .. But I knew right away that Francesca would be the perfect groomer for my babies because of how Bella was around her. Bella is not a friendly dog with strangers and does not let anybody come near me (she is small and think she scares people away lol) anyways I was amazed to see that B did not bark once or hide behind me. I really liked Francesca. She is very accommodating with her schedule and she was sweet. The reason she didn't get 5 stars is that she doesn't seem to have much experience grooming Pomeranians. She said she wouldn't shave my dog since that's going to destroy his undercoat... and that tidbit I knew since I've had him and groomed him for 6 years so I appreciate that she stated that. After my kids I could no longer spare the grooming time so I took him here. However, it was not good. I asked for a boo cut (which is not shaved) and I showed her a pic and she said she can try. Then she asked me what number shave guard I think she should use since I've groomed him myself before and I said it might be good to try longer first but that's up to her depending how well she handles the trimmer. I was worried that she wouldn't know how since she hesitated but I left him anyway. I picked him up and yes, he was definitely shaved (ears are not bear like) and I didn't show my disappointment since she was super nice doing this gig in her home garage. But it was clear that she did not know how to groom my straight haired Pom. It was the shortest groom he ever had and it got me so worried that it ruined his fluff! Which it thankfully did not aside from the sides now growing unevenly. I'm ok with it, I would caution you if you have a straight haired Pom that want more than just a small trim. I like Francesca but I wouldn't risk it again. read more

I'm so very glad I did because Francesca did a Great job! I love that fact that she is such an engaging , professional and kind soul. She exceeded my expectations (which can be hard to do lol), because she did everything I asked her to do, including pulling my dog's ear hairs out. He has chronic ear infections n this is what my vet thinks my groomers do but most do not do this anymore.
