I noticed my cat was agitated and she had her paw on her crate where I could see her nails were not clipped. I questioned Jan and said she just did not do it because she tried to bite her. She also did not brush her rear because my cat would not let her. I have never had a complaint from any groomer or from Jan before. Jan verbally abused me in front of a customer while trying again as I was holding my cat telling me not to tell my cat she was ok. Jan's voice rose and said I am not doing this while you are telling her it is ok to bite me. Strange experience. Will not ever recommend this groomer. I so agree with Joel H. post on Nov 7, 2025. She is now 15, and if it were not for Dr Bennett and his team of professional, caring staff, she would have died earlier this year, from dehydration and starvation which lead to kidney disease, after I made the HUGE mistake of leaving her with incompetent pet sitters while I went on an extended vacation and they neglected her terribly. Dr. Bennett could see how much I care for my baby girl and has gone above and beyond to help heal her and extend her life. She has been in and out of their facility on numerous, extended stays since, to be treated for her kidney disease, and she is still living a happy life more than 6 months later! Thank you Dr. Bennett and staff for all you have done for Lola, we are both forever grateful! I highly recommend anybody looking for a caring, competent veterinary team to look no further than Sonora Veterinary Group. Your pet will be in great hands! It also is great to know that he trained at the highly esteemed UC Davis Veterinary school, and has, I am guessing, over 30+ years practicing his profession, Thanks again Sonora Vet Group. We love you guys, Valerie and Lola

Really wanted to stick to the local spots but this place rubbed my family the wrong way. They have…read morecameras all over the place, inside the exam rooms. I get why, that's not the issue. The issues are.. one they won't accept shots given from tractor supply because they didn't witness them given $$, (okayyyyy) 2. there's a whole APPLICATION process! You have to be "accepted" as patients! 3. On top of it, you mention ask for a military discount, the lady with the tattoo on the back of her neck that appears to be running the front end looks at you sideways and says, "well we would have to give the elderly discounts too at that point!" The place had bird poop all over the front entry way on the outside. Make sure you know it will be a "trial appointment" your first visit there to see if you are a good fit for them as patients. 4. They also charge you an administration fee every time you go! Never heard of that before! 5. expect a good wait in the smallish waiting area with your dog. We don't recommend this facility with the gravel parking lot and rude lady upfront. Jasmin was very kind, but the other lady... One has a therapy dog personality and as an healthcare provider she is able to accompany me to work and provide support to my patients. She is an angel in a dog's body. My other dog is an equal opportunity lover. She loves everyone and being a dog. She will dig holes and play fetch etc. Both are professional toy de-squeakers, no toy can survive the joyful destruction. They are so kind and patient when toddlers want to pet them when we are out and about. I hope to always have dogs from Sugar Pine Doodles. Additionally, I reached out to the owner about finding a dog that would be a good fit for a family member that has a neurodegenerative disease with severe balance problems. She found the perfect dog for my family member that has bonded deeply and provides tremendous comfort and companionship. The owner personally delivered the dog with a care package of goodies.
