They are fast yet thorough. I feel comfortable leaving them alone to work in my home and I have never had any security issue. They use commercial grade cleaning stuff. I remember when I moved in how much attention the bath needed. Despite hours of trying to remove mould etc, they were able to do it within a couple of hours. The place always looks good, smells good and feels good after they have been. Dee is also really cool and fair. I have never had any issues. I do wish they were a little bit more flexible in terms of the days they can come. But other than that, all good. I pay by check but cash is good too. I try to remember to tip the ladies as much as possible, but on occasions where I have forgotten, they have still been very professional about it which is great.

Best of all, everything smells clean and fresh! I will definitely use Luv2Cln again in the future!

After every service, it is a chore to literally tidy up after them. Every item is displaced and not put back in its original place. There is always a surprise of a broken or fallen item at the end of their service. So far, they have ruined my expensive curtain rings, pulled a curtain rod to the ground, ruined an expensive cast iron pan by placing it in a wet sink (the pan is now completely rusted), dropped an expensive artwork that was resting on my dresser, behind it and then have the audacity to just up and leave without informing anyone in the house about these issues. They claimed to "do the bed" if we provided them with sheets on the first service. I have seen 5 year olds make their bed better than they do. After such incompetent service, they have the gall to increase prices on us too. They also randomly change the scheduled time of appointments on you and it takes calling and fighting with the owner to get the schedule you had originally asked for. Save your time, money and valuable items. Don't hire them!

They used existing baseboards with additional quarter-round to accommodate for the difference in height between the prior and new flooring. Home Depot set the pricing for the materials and labor, which was quite reasonable. I would be very happy for Francisco and Arturo to be the team for any future flooring installation.
