I've been using Dee Lowry Cleaning for 6+ years. The cleaners show up in teams of 2 or 3 people and are able to clean our ~2700 sq ft house in about 1-1.5 hours. They are reliable and reasonably priced. We always try to tidy up ahead of time so they can focus on cleaning all the surfaces. Dee is extremely responsive if I do need to reschedule and payments are easy through online apps. I highly recommend them if you are considering a cleaning service for your home. read more

When we bought our house almost 3 years ago we decided to switch to the cleaning service that the previous owners were using because we found the house to be immaculate. We are glad we did! We have found Dee Lowry's cleaning crew to be friendly, efficient, thorough, and trustworthy. read more

I have been using Lowry cleaning for a couple of years. They just don't do a good job anymore. I come home from work and find they don't move items in my kitchen or other rooms to clean under or behind. They don't even bother to check to make sure every surface is completely clean. On many occasions I have had to go back and finish. I am discovering places in my house they never cleaned. I have a camera and see when they arrive and leave. Clearly not here the amount of time we had agreed upon. They are supposed to be wearing shoe covers. They don't! I have had to clean my wood floor after they left spots that are clearly exposed untouched. You need to worry about accuracy not speed. I have been asked several times to refer a house cleaning service. It won't be Lowry cleaning. read more

Found Dee Lowry cleaning from a Nextdoor referral. She's been cleaning my house for over a year. She's very flexible with her schedule and has good prices . Her girls are always on time and do a great job. They even work around my cat and make sure he never gets out. Very pleased with their service. read more

Not a good experience at all. Very inconsistent and sloppy work. When dealing with Dee, not once did she try to make make good and make me, her customer happy or offer to re-do when I let her know what wasn't cleaned. My final experience she did send someone back out to complete an undone job, after a lot of back and forth and shocking text messages from a business owner. Clearly not the Nordstrom of customer service. read more

I had the team come out today for the first time - a deep cleaning. It was just as the previous review stated. They do not really check - I wiped down the counter and found a rag full of dirt. My kitchen floor is filthy. The bathroom toilets were not scrubbed at all. I am thoroughly disappointed. I honestly do not know what they did for 3 1/2 hours. Side note - I had to teach them how to make a bed with clean sheets. I absolutely would not recommend them to anyone - expensive lesson learned. read more

Jocelyn and Denise do a fantastic job cleaning my house, I am so pleased with them! I've been using Dee for a long time and this is by far the most thorough cleaning crew that I've experienced. They're so friendly and helpful, always cheerful. Would recommend to anyone looking for cleaning. read more

I had Dee Lowry Cleaning perform a pre-move-out deep cleaning of our apartment in Morgan Hill. The cleaning crew arrived well within the pre-agreed upon arrival window. They were very nice/courteous. I showed them around the apartment, and described exactly what needed to be done. They immediately got to work, and did a FANTASTIC job!!!!!!! We got our FULL deposit back, no further cleaning was necessary!!! read more

I love this cleaning service! They show up on time, do what is listed on their web site, are friendly and reliable and do a great job. The owner bends over backwards whenever I need something extra and is very interested in my feedback. I recommend Dee's service to all my friends, and they like it too! read more

Update January 2014: Still using Dee's service, still loving them: professional, efficient, and pay attention to details. If I have to shift my regular time around to accommodate travel or meetings, we've always been able to find an acceptable alternate date. In a few months we'll be moving to a city too far for them to travel. I will definitely miss Sue and the crew. :-( read more

I have been using Dee Lowry cleaning for almost a year. They do a great job! The ladies are mostly spanish speaking, but there's normally someone who knows good English with them. They are fast yet thorough. I feel comfortable leaving them alone to work in my home and I have never had any security issue. They use commercial grade cleaning stuff. I remember when I moved in how much attention the bath needed. Despite hours of trying to remove mould etc, they were able to do it within a couple of hours. The place always looks good, smells good and feels good after they have been. Dee is also really cool and fair. I have never had any issues. I do wish they were a little bit more flexible in terms of the days they can come. But other than that, all good. I pay by check but cash is good too. I try to remember to tip the ladies as much as possible, but on occasions where I have forgotten, they have still been very professional about it which is great. read more

Dee's team has done an outstanding job. Our bathrooms had not been professionally cleaned in 17 years. She had a crew of three come in for deep clean and 2.5 hours later the bathrooms shined like brand new. We signed them up for a biweekly service which started today and again a great job. We have high standards and their job doesn't leave anything for me to do. Wife is impressed too read more

I just love all of them! They're so kind as well! I don't know how I did it before..... well... I just couldn't keep up.... they have taken away all of that stress that women have from trying to manage work and a home.... they relieve a huge burden and I can afford them! They've been coming to my home for about a year now.... never disappointed! Do this for yourself! You'll never regret it and you deserve it. We all work too hard! read more

We used her services for a deep cleaning before moving to our new home & we were not happy with the results at all. She told me it would take 3 maybe 4 hours & said she charged per hour. It took her crew 6 hours to do a mediocre job. There were three workers, one was old, one was lazy, & one was really good. There were so many areas they missed that I had to actually end up hiring somebody else to come & finish the job. When I tried telling her about my dissatisfaction she actually hung up on me. Wow nice customer service. Clearly not a good business woman. read more

We had them clean our house thinking they would do an excellent job based on the reviews. Bad decision! The condition of the house was only slightly better than before they cleaned it. I don't even think they cleaned the floors. They certainly didn't wipe the baseboards. What kind of deep cleaning leaves out cleaning of the baseboards? To top it off, there were three people working for over four hours. I will just have to keep looking for a better cleaning company. read more

We have used Dee for all our cleaning needs for 17 years. We are totally satisfied with all aspects of the service she provides. The cleaning ladies she uses do a wonderful and thorough job. I've used Dee Lowry cleaning for over 20 years now! That was the first time I'd ever used a cleaning service and haven't thought twice about it since. Gave them a key from the start. Always on time, always reliable, always does a great job....even through the teen age kid years;). Love the fact they call/text if something is forgotten -like forgetting to leave sheets out - or if there's an issue in the house like a dead bat behind the umbrella stand. Shout out to the great team that takes on my house- Sue, Carmen, Lourdes! Thank you thank you thank you. read more

I have been using Dee and her ladies for over a year now. We were very hesitant at first as we have dogs. The ladies are great with the dogs and my dogs just love the ladies!! The house is always so clean after they are here and we can trust them with a key to the house. Thanks for all the hard word you and your ladies do! Zeke and Gidget(dogs) say thanks as well! read more

It is a pleasure to have these ladies come and clean every other week. They come as a team...they arrive on time...they actually pickup items and "clean" not just dust around things. It is a joy to know they do a thorough job and can get a good deep cleaning done with 3 girls in 1 hour! My home is not huge but we live in the country and have pets so the dust and such is a constant battle. Thank you Dee for such a great service!! read more

I strongly do not recommend this place. The lady who runs this place and the staff are uncharacteristically rude and irresponsible. They have no respect for your time. This is especially apparent when you have feedback or suggestions. read more
