I've been using Dee Lowry Cleaning for 6+ years. The cleaners show up in teams of 2 or 3 people and are able to clean our ~2700 sq ft house in about 1-1.5 hours. They are reliable and reasonably priced. We always try to tidy up ahead of time so they can focus on cleaning all the surfaces. I have been using Lowry cleaning for a couple of years. They just don't do a good job anymore. I come home from work and find they don't move items in my kitchen or other rooms to clean under or behind. They don't even bother to check to make sure every surface is completely clean. On many occasions I have had to go back and finish. I am discovering places in my house they never cleaned. I have a camera and see when they arrive and leave. Clearly not here the amount of time we had agreed upon. They are supposed to be wearing shoe covers. They don't! I have had to clean my wood floor after they left spots that are clearly exposed untouched. You need to worry about accuracy not speed. I have been asked several times to refer a house cleaning service. It won't be Lowry cleaning. read more

I had the team come out today for the first time - a deep cleaning. It was just as the previous review stated. They do not really check - I wiped down the counter and found a rag full of dirt. My kitchen floor is filthy. The bathroom toilets were not scrubbed at all. I am thoroughly disappointed. I honestly do not know what they did for 3 1/2 hours. Side note - I had to teach them how to make a bed with clean sheets. I absolutely would not recommend them to anyone - expensive lesson learned. read more

I have been using Dee Lowry cleaning for almost a year. They do a great job! The ladies are mostly spanish speaking, but there's normally someone who knows good English with them. They are fast yet thorough. I feel comfortable leaving them alone to work in my home and I have never had any security issue. They use commercial grade cleaning stuff. I remember when I moved in how much attention the bath needed. Despite hours of trying to remove mould etc, they were able to do it within a couple of hours. The place always looks good, smells good and feels good after they have been. Dee is also really cool and fair. I have never had any issues. I do wish they were a little bit more flexible in terms of the days they can come. But other than that, all good. I pay by check but cash is good too. I try to remember to tip the ladies as much as possible, but on occasions where I have forgotten, they have still been very professional about it which is great. read more

We used her services for a deep cleaning before moving to our new home & we were not happy with the results at all. She told me it would take 3 maybe 4 hours & said she charged per hour. It took her crew 6 hours to do a mediocre job. There were three workers, one was old, one was lazy, & one was really good. There were so many areas they missed that I had to actually end up hiring somebody else to come & finish the job. When I tried telling her about my dissatisfaction she actually hung up on me. I don't even think they cleaned the floors. They certainly didn't wipe the baseboards. What kind of deep cleaning leaves out cleaning of the baseboards?
