Based on the exchange, it was recommended that I book their 2 hour service. In the 2 hours that they were here (team of two), the upstairs bathrooms were completely revitalized. You can tip via the website when you pay the invoice but I opted for cash tips; $80 per since my bathrooms were large and I understand it wasn't an easy task to do especially if a deep cleaning was needed and selected. Ronnie and I were extremely happy w/ the outcome and would recommend this service if you need to clean your place to move out. My feet were black! I went over the floor with a swiffer and it was black! Took three dry swiffers and several mops to clean my floors. When I complained they offered me a window repair and free cleaning to make up for the first failed service. I have not heard back since I have tried to reschedule the service they offered.
