This is the second time I have hired Detail Pro Plus -- and it is the second time that I am pleased and impressed with the work done. Last year, they cleaned and sanitized a couch that a critter had got into plus the dryer vent and grout cleaning. This year, I had the dryer vent done plus cleaning of two small area rugs. Arturo did such a good job on my wool rugs that the colors looked so vibrant. In the past, I have taken my rugs to a professional cleaner, but I won't do that again. My cost was less, the rugs didn't fuzz up, and they were dried on the spot, eliminating driving, and waiting a week or so for the rugs to be done. We spilled bleach on a wool stair carpet. Jillian & Arturo were fantastic, gave me a free quote. Great communication, arrived on time, finished on time, left house clean, brought their own protective tarps & rags and PPE. The repair restored all the dark colors and about 90% of the white, some of the fibers were damaged previously, but they did a fantastic job individually plumping up and dying each stitch until the pattern was restored. Highly recommend. Price is average for this type of work considering it took 2 people 4 hours plus materials, but way cheaper than replacing the whole carpet! I will be using them again for carpet cleaning, highly professional, great to work with, always contactable for cleaning advice on other areas also. read more

I reached out because a previous carpet cleaner I hired messed up my carpet and I was distraught, thinking my two year old carpet was done for.
