I will start by saying the maids are normally great and do a great job. Unfortunately, the business…read moreowner is not. The maids were almost 4 hours late because he overbooked them and didn't communicate. That means my whole day got placed on hold and I only have one day off a week. When I told him this was unprofessional, inconvenient, and poorly communicated, he then turned it around on me and said I have been late in my payments (during hurricane Harvey?!?). Otherwise all payments have been within 24 hrs. And quite frankly, that argument is unrelated- as a business owner if your people are late, call as soon as you know they're going to be late and apologize. Apparently those expectations are too high...

Reading the reviews I have to wonder why all the bad ones for this company are "Not recommended"…read moreand therefore not a part of their star rating system. For that reason I give 1 star even though they probably earned 2 1/2 VERY disappointing service. Sent 3 women which should have been a good thing as we have one of the 3 story Neartown houses. But several things were not dusted, work table in office, one bedside table (of 2), 3 window sills, one side of entertainment center, etc. I caught 2 things and they flipped a rag back over them but cannot catch all of this while they were rushing to leave. I did see they cleaned the master shower only as far as the shortest of the ladies could reach, leaving a foot of obviously dirty shower glass on both sides that have glass, I told the women in charge, only one who spoke English, and she told one of the girls in Spanish. The young lady dashed off while I was paying (Cash only is a red flag Israel) and then came back down so fast and zoomed out the door, that I knew there was no way. When I asked her how that could have been done so quickly she replied, she is really good! And was outside and away herself. The shower had not been touched, nor the spotty faucets in the bathroom, but the previous spotty large faucet in the kitchen was now sparkling! Obvious shower somehow translated to kitchen faucet. the rest of the house was ok but aside from the kitchen faucet nothing was really well cleaned. And I never have found my reading glasses in the nice zip up case that were on my desk that morning.....

I loved working with Bizzy B. Professional Cleaning Services. Brea had a lot of helpful hints to help me stay better organized and gave me problem solving techniques to try. My baseboards are white again!! The smell of clean lingers, but in a good way. You know that she scrubbed. My floors look brand new. My counters and surfaces are all clean and sparkling. I can't say enough. I am so grateful to her and its actually better than I was expecting. I've never seen these floors shine and all appliances are spotless. The time flew by because Brea put me at ease from the start. Her background is formerly from teaching. She became an entrepreneur. Its obvious that she made the right decision because she's very good at what she does. I will continue using Bizzy B. Professional Cleaning. I made a solid choice with Bizzy B. and Brea is extremely professional. She has a magical cleaning concoction and it gets the dirt off. My house shines and I am 100% satisfied. Please support small businesses by trying Bizzy B. Professional Cleaning Services. To top it off, Brea has a very likable personality and excellent work ethic. She doesn't stop until the job is done.

I cannot say enough good things about Brea. From the moment I requested a quote, to the moment she…read morerevealed my freshly cleaned house to me, she communicated every step of the way. I never felt like I was left hanging by her. She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions) in a very timely manner. When she arrived, I explained my situation to her. I deal with a lot of depression, ADHD, and anxiety. This makes things like keeping a tidy home completely overwhelming. So, instead of taking care of the problem, I let it get worse. The worse it got, the more depressed I became. I explained all of this to her, and she listened like a friend instead of someone I had hired to clean my apartment. She was completely empathetic and non-judgmental. She was also very straightforward yet tactful about what needed to get done. At one point, I thought I had to reschedule because I had an appointment and I didn't know what to do about my dog. Brea told me not to worry, she was very good with pets, and she had experience because she had a boxer at home. Penelope approved of her right away, and Brea's energy made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her. She worked for hours and it showed. My apartment was sparkling and it smelled incredible! I love my dog, but she has some aromas that I absolutely do not love. I had asked Brea to add floor polishing and sofa cleaning to my package which I already felt was well priced for everything she was planning to do. I don't know how she did it, but she managed to remove all of Penelope's fur, and my floors were absolutely gleaming. Not only that, she had cleaned every single baseboard and my ceiling fans until they were unrecognizable. Brea left me with more than just a clean home. She left me with a fresh slate. It's much easier to maintain a clean home than it is to clean a messy one. I find myself fastidiously, wiping every surface the moment a crumb falls. I plan to hire her to help me maintain the level of clean she achieved. I figure that the cost of the cleaning will be worth the peace of mind it gives me. If you were on the fence about spending the money on a deep clean, I wouldn't hesitate. It was absolutely life-changing.
