Yesterday it was for window washing (1st time) and power washing (2nd time). Fast and good work as always! Donnie always gives me a fair price and was willing to work with me when bundling services. No, he's not the cheapest, but 1) you get what you pay for, and 2) he gets it done ASAP--I called another company before just for a comparison quote, and they said it would be two weeks before they could do it--Five Star came in under two days! I would deduct a quarter star only because they forgot to mention they accidentally broke one of the outer window trims on a garage window --it was very brittle from facing the dry afternoon sun for 20 years, so I completely understand; just wish they had mentioned it. I added that quarter star back because upon arrival, Jerry the foreman pointed out that one of the front screens was busted from age/sun and offered to replace it for a great price--important when selling a house! For many years, I have used Five Star for gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, screen replacement, outdoor window cleaning and power washing--and they're just as good as ever. Thanks!

What I loved about Juan and his team is they are NOT sales people, they're real engineers who are focused on solving your problems and meeting your needs. Juan and his team are true solar experts and know exactly what they are doing - they were great at walking me through key details I should know about the system, how to best take advantage of having a solar system, and did their best to get me scheduled (in spite of multiple difficulties) for installation before the end of the year. Just for context, I've talked to another solar company where clearly they were just about trying to close the deal and sell sell sell, which really turned me off - it felt like they just wanted our money as opposed to wanting to understand what we really needed. Juan's team really shined here by just showing up to be real experts who are thoughtful about what system you need, as opposed to trying to close a deal. Juan and his team were also really patient and flexible. Our new home's solar system had to be turned on before we could start any work, and that process took months due to Sunnova going bankrupt. And, they were also really thoughtful when we mentioned we had added in some upgrades that would affect electricity use (ie saunas and outdoor electric heaters), and they reassessed their initial project and updated it to accommodate that. Terrible Roofing Experience…read more I would not recommend this roofing company based on my experience. The quality of work and the care taken with my property were extremely disappointing. During the job, the crew broke string lights in our backyard and left nails, Sawzall blades, roofing debris, and other materials scattered throughout the yard and garage. The lawn was damaged/killed in areas, and materials were not properly covered or protected. The debris was not limited to the work area. It ended up throughout the garage, including on our refrigerator, tools, and music equipment. A printer was also damaged by debris. Because we have children who play in the yard, leaving sharp nails and blades behind was especially concerning and unacceptable. I ultimately had to take time off work to clean up the mess that was left behind and remove debris from my belongings and garage. What was equally frustrating was the response when these issues were brought up. Rather than taking responsibility and addressing the concerns professionally, the owner came across as dismissive and annoyed. The overall impression was that the priority was getting the job done quickly and getting paid, rather than taking pride in the work or respecting the customer's property. For the amount of money involved in a roofing project, I expected professionalism, attention to detail, proper cleanup, and respect for my property. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Very disappointing workmanship and customer service.
