We contacted them through Yelp and received an immediate response to schedule an estimate. I met with Elias, Ezequiel's (the owner) brother for the estimate. Elias was very thorough and knowledgeable about what needed to be repaired and replaced. A day or so later I received the written estimate. We had 4 other companies quote us but RR felt like the right choice. They seemed to be the most realistic about what we needed and up front about how the job would be done, including any on the fly changes/repairs. We were not disappointed. They were great about communication from beginning to end. They took pictures of the work along the way and informed us of additional changes or repairs, which were handled on the spot with no additional charge. There was no guesswork or nickel and diming. They provided quality service and Ezequiel was on the job site throughout. They were respectful of our home, cleaned up after each day, and worked hard to complete in a couple days with permits as well as securing flashing around our HVAC and reinforcing gutters with additional screws. We also asked to have our skylights replaced from an outdated version to a more modern updated skylight. Overall, we give Regal Roofing Solutions 5/5 stars for quality of service and communication. This is the company you need to go with for any roofing projects.

He gave me the estimate on the spot and gave me a day the next week that they could do the work. Two workers were there at 8:00 AM and worked until 4:00 to fix the several areas that needed fixing. Saw the photos of the work done and the brother came over the next day to collect the payment. Reasonable for the time and work done. No complaints. Good value. Extremely easy to deal with and I'm satisfied with the work. Photos taken before, during and after the project. Very happy with their service and would highly recommend.

Henry was available within 24 hours so we made an appointment. He arrived when he promised and did a great job. It was obvious from the minute he showed up that he had the equipment, the skills and just a great demeanor; really nice guy. I actually messed up - I thought I had enough shingles on hand, but I didn't. Henry simply said, "no worries" and ran off to get some. When he finished, he asked for less than his estimate (which I refused. A deal's a deal and he deserved the full amount). I recommend Gómez Diaz Roofing with no hesitation. Next time I need work done, Henry will be my first and only call.

When hiring a contractor for residential renovations, I prioritize not only trust but also key qualifications: a valid license, adequate insurance, positive reviews, a clear and detailed contract, relevant experience in similar projects, and--at the top of my list--strong communication skills. I look for a contractor who listens, is professional and flexible, and hires competent, reliable staff. Monarca General Construction exceeded my expectations in every way. Alex Perez, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He was patient, attentive, and consistently addressed my questions throughout the project. He also provided valuable recommendations, explaining what would work, what wouldn't, and which materials to avoid. Alex and his team completely remodeled my kitchen and bathroom, repainted both the interior and exterior of my home, installed new light fixtures, replaced a fence, and even cleared an overgrown yard to prepare it for future landscaping. Their workmanship was outstanding, and the results speak for themselves. I am beyond pleased with the outcome, which showcases their skill and dedication to quality. I highly recommend Monarca General Construction for any renovation project--you can trust them to deliver excellent results.
