Stain removal He was able to remove about 95% of a coffee stain I'd had for years. And left me with a bottle of stain remover solution to continue to treat the stain well after his departure. 2. Rinsing Unlike other carpet cleaners I've used, Stephen takes the time to actually RINSE THE THE ENTIRE CARPET after he cleaned it. This makes the carpet not only look and smell great, it also keeps it looking great moving forward. Super stoked on his services and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

He not only got out the stains that had been there since before I moved in two years ago, but even got rid of pet stains and orders for the most reasonable price I've seen (I didnt a lot of research beforehand) and its all very safe and environmentally friendly. He went to my house twice in one day to apply enzymes to get rid of the pet stains and smell as well as properly dry the area. He also always called or texted to keep me updated on progress or next steps! He made everything so easy and painless and even sent me pictures of the room after! He is incredibly trust worthy, no one could be there to let him in so we just left a key for him. I assure you he will do everything and more to get the job done, he did it for me in a pinch and in a ridiculously amount of turn around time. Looks and smells like new again! Definitely RECOMMENDED.

Here's the deal. I don't trust anything that has the word "environmental" in it. If it's a dish…read moresoap, that usually means there's no suds. If it's a food substance, that usually means it going to taste like cardboard. So when my wife said a guy named Chris was coming over from Enviro Friendly Carpet Care, I thought to myself, "This has long day written all over it." Chris arrived with a capable helper and the two did our 2,300-square-foot house in three hours, leaving two airplane-sized fans behind to dry the job. He used a peroxide elizer to remove a huge dark spot and made it look new. No one has ever been able to do that. So Chris was great. I'm not saying I plan to turn into a tree hugger because of his service, but I'd sure call him back and I'd recommend him to anyone.

I called up David just after the holidays to see if he could clean my carpets before the new year…read more(there is something nice about starting the year with clean carpets!), and he was able to fit me in the next day. He gave me an approximate estimate on the phone, which was pretty much exactly the price he ended up charging... no extra costs added on! The price was absolutely fair for the great work he did! The carpets turned out nicely and dried quickly. David uses organic products, which is important to me since I have a little girl who thinks eating off the floor is the way to go! There was no chemical smell, and the carpets turned out looking fluffy and smelling nice and fresh. David even spent some extra time removing paint stains that I had made when painting my apartment 2 years earlier (I honestly did not think anything could be done about them, but most of them vanished... yay security deposit!), and he propped up a mirror that could not be moved to another room on little styrofoam blocks so it wouldn't get damaged by the dampness. Also, he is a very nice person and I felt 100% comfortable leaving him in my apartment when I had to run some errands. Yay 1st Choice Green Clean! :)

Update on my original review, posted on July 31st, which you can read in the pictures…read more I just got a call from Tony and was threatened and accosted that he will not correct the job that I already paid him to do unless I take my review down. As is reasonable, I agreed to take the review down AFTER the work is done - especially considering the couch is dirtier now than it was before he treated it. I really just want a refund, but he refused and now I am being bullied into removing the record and recourse of this completely unprofessional, disappointing and time-wasting experience that the community has every right to know about in advance of hiring this business. Tony has also missed his appointments 3 times at this point to supposedly fix this and now I'm getting this BS excuse. Luckily, I work from home, but if I didn't, this would be a serious issue. Consider yourself warned. As I said previously - this review will not come down until the job is completed correctly or I get a full refund. That is how business works - you get paid for work completed - ie the review comes down when the job is done. If this mess is corrected or I am refunded, I will gladly remove the review. This is my word in a public forum. Consider that CityWide is surely going to lose much more than $200 in business just from this review alone, so your move, Tony.
