Kid level pizza. Not so much for the adults. I found it to be too much bread and short on toppings

The pizza sauce was not very flavorful. This, and the use of less cheese on this dish lowered the taste of the dish.

I also recommend the Barn burners, whether as a sub or as a chicken tender-type scenario with some sort of potatoes cut into French style fries.

The first thing we noticed when we walked in the door was that Christmas smacked us in the face with the best smelling Christmas Tree candle , burning in a super cute entryway. I could hardly wait to get inside to see what else this place had in store. First, there was a fireplace and a couch and a table. In the rest of the dining area, we're all high tops. Not so high that a barely over 5 foot person such as myself couldn't sit comfortably. Our waitstaff (there were two) and were great about offering menu suggestions when I shared flavor profiles I might be looking for and they were attentive and so pleasant. They had super cute Christmas decorations, and were putting up more while we were there. The vibe is super warm and welcoming, and for a short while you feel like you stepped back in time. The tiramisu martini was delicious, as was the blood orange martini. I had the cauliflower with juju sauce at the recommendation of the waitress, and it was honestly the best cauliflower I've ever had! My husband enjoyed his macaroni and cheese with buffalo and bleu as well. The owner/chef, Leslie, came and chatted with us for a little bit before we were on our way. We learned that in the summer they hold concerts, and they have a golf course. There is a distillery on site as well. Everything about this place was excellent, and we are already planning a day date to go back and try more menu items!

They specialize in *everything sourdough*, and it shows. The pizza was so delicious. I ordered the Hawaiian and my husband built his own with white sauce with greens and Italian sausage. Both were so flavorful, perfectly balanced, and baked to that ideal sourdough crisp-chewy combo. Every bite tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. But here's the real win: it was actually good for my gut. I usually feel heavy or uncomfortable after pizza, but not this time. Their sourdough truly makes a difference: I left satisfied instead of sluggish, which feels like a miracle. We also found out the owner, Karen, used to be a chef in Irvine, CA, and honestly... it makes sense. There's a clear SoCal flair in the ingredients and overall vibe, and I'm so glad she brought that creativity and quality to my hometown. So glad I got to stop by this place. If you appreciate food made with real intention, you must stop by too. I'll be back the next time I travel back to the east coast.

I didn't realize they served lunch food (like savory crepes!) or I would have absolutely tried out what they had to offer. The pumpkin spice gelato was delicious, and for an extra 75 cents I added some apple pie filling which was great! The apple pie filling was a bit hot and melted the gelato, but it still tasted delicious together. The seating area was really cute and right on the bridge of flowers, so that was nice. I didn't see any bathrooms and it seems like there was not any area for designated parking. Luckily it was an easy walk, and I was already wandering around Shelburne Falls! Overall, a great stop for some afternoon gelato, and looked like a great place to grab a crepe as well!

There is Italian music playing in the background to make you feel like you're at an outdoor Italian café. They offer gelato, savory & sweet crepes, coffee & tea drinks, lemonade and bottled water. I stopped by Red Dahlia Cafe for a light snack during my visit to the Bridge of Flowers in Shelburne Falls. The cafe was fairly busy on a sunny afternoon. I ordered the Lemon Curd Crepe ($7.50 plus tax) and added a Key Lime Pie gelato ($3 plus tax). The thin soft crepe was folded with whipped cream and a lemon zest curd, sweet & tart flavors. The key lime pie gelato was topped with graham cracker crumbs to complement the crepe. Overall, the sweet crepe and the gelato were great choices for a relaxing afternoon break.
