Tiny wings?!

Wings are tiny like 1/4 size of normal ones, can't leave full review due to character limit

Manager that tried to lie about pizza size.
Barry J.

This location use to be great.. bought 3 pizzas 2 xl and a small. Both were a size smaller than I paid for. The young lady manager told me it's cause the pan is a size bigger!! Wrong.. Don't lie about it. First off Peter piper doesn't sell XXL pizzas. Just XL. 2nd of all I use to be a District Manager so she made herself look even stupider. I understand this generation 20s have some serious Character issues. Also hiring is a big challenge for companies but people like this will destroy your business. Makes you wonder why the old staff left!!!!

Dirty tables sat for over an hour the whole time we were there

The food has always been really good at Peter Piper can't lie about that. But this location was so dirty! We were there about an hour and a half and all the tables around us were super dirty and no one ever came to clean them lol tons of empty tables but couldn't find a clean one to sit at when we got there so I literally had to go and be that person and ask hey can someone clean like one table for us please? And they didn't bother cleaning any of the other tables all around us for any other families coming in. Lazy workers

My first time at one of these establishments and I liked it ! It was pretty small game area then we are use to, but my three kids had fun!!! We came for a birthday party and we was able to bring snacks and juice which I thought was pretty cool. My kids are 11y/9/6 and I spent $100 on 3 game cards for 1hr in half. My kids had a blast the whole entire time. The pizza was good and the prizes was fair, an the whole place was very clean. The employee s were kind as well!

Well, we were the only customers here at 10:30pm for a late night craving. Service was prompt and friendly. It was great that the staff made us feel comfortable enough to chillax for the night chompin' on pizza. My small pepperoni was your typical pizza from Peter Piper. Dough was good with a floury crust and the cheese oozed stringy goodness. It had an extra later of grease on top - that's the not so good part. It also tasted "rubbery and chewy" in its typical fast-pizza fashion. Not great but not bad either. It's a good fix when you want to pop in and out for cheap late night pizza. Hit the spot and the rest is forgettable. Done deal.

Just each that's it !!!!

It's suck here because my kids looking not happy with play game and not satisfied!! Just get one ticket each or two tickets each in the game !!!! We won't come back again !!!! Dirty money !!!!!!!! Dave & Buster's is the best , tickets lots and enjoy then here

Poorly cheesed pizza

The service was nice and by service I mean the one individual that took the order at the register. Besides that this place was trash. By far the worst peter piper pizza I have ever been to. I would recommend driving down to dysart rd off the I-10 and eating there. Their pizza was nasty and tasted funny. The cheese pizza we ordered was half cheese and half sauce. See the picture I attached. Half the slices had half cheese, my wife made me take a picture of it before they were all gone. It had a metallic or sour taste to it. The wings were good, boneless hot and mild sauce. Hour later I was vomiting and had diarrhea. Never coming back and I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Stuffed crust XL pizza. Side view.

If you're staying at the Wigwam Resort and your niece and her husband, who live in the Phoenix…read morearea, drop by and also bring three friends, getting a couple large pizzas and a strawberry & bacon salad from Papa Paul's will save you a bunch of money over treating them all to dine at the restaurant/bar at the resort. Both pizzas were interesting. The Lichfield Park pizza has pesto sauce and corn on it, as well as cheese, so you might get a slice of that after your "guests" scarf their first helping. You better grab a slice of the Brooklyn pizza right away, though, because it's a traditional-looking pizza with pepperoni and sausage. You won't get a second shot at a slice. You'll get to finish the rest of the "adult" strawberry & bacon salad, though, with spinach instead of lettuce, walnuts, strawberries, and bacon bits. It doesn't come with ranch or even ranch-colored dressing, so they might not risk trying a pinkish salad dressing as a dip for their pizza crust. It's a very good salad and helped my vacation digestion, since I'm not used to the 110° August heat. Papa Paul's Pizza is less than a mile away from my room at the Wigwam. Going there would even be walkable in the summer heat if the fences around the Wigwam had pedestrian gates. As it is, both driveway gates on that corner of the Wigwam are slotted through the perimeter fence far from the place where Papa Pauls and the resort are just across the street from each other. I'm too delicate for a 0.9-mile walk in that much sun. I enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar to rehydrate, though, while I waited for the pizzas to come out of the oven.

Came here for date night on a whim after driving by on a busy weekend. We were seated promptly, and…read morethe interior is cute. There were a couple of big groups which was nice to know. Limited wine list for an Italian restaurant. We started with a caesar salad to split - SO much cheese, it was too much. I understand some people like that, but I wish they would have lightened up the amount and just have people ask for more if they want that. I ordered the chicken & broccoli alfredo. Sauce was clearly made in house, but the pasta itself was generic and did not taste like it was homemade. Good amount of protein though. We also ordered the mango and classic cannolis, and these stole the show. Flaky to perfection! If we come back, we might try the pizzas to see how it compares to the pasta.

Lil Capo Pizzeria 5.0/5 The Closest Thing to New York…read morePizza I've Found in Arizona Growing up in Upstate New York, I admittedly have high standards when it comes to pizza. After moving to Arizona in 2007, I've spent years searching for a slice that genuinely reminds me of home. While there are plenty of decent pizza spots throughout the Valley, very few capture that authentic New York style. Lil Capo Pizzeria absolutely does! Ironically, I first discovered Lil Capo after an Arizona Cardinals game. Like many people, I wasn't interested in paying stadium prices for mediocre food, so I jumped on Yelp looking for something nearby. Lil Capo had outstanding reviews, so we decided to give it a try. I'm glad we did because it's now my benchmark for New York-style pizza in Arizona. The first thing that stood out was the crust. This is exactly what a New York slice should be--thin, crispy on the bottom, slightly chewy inside, sturdy enough to fold, and never overloaded with grease. So many places think "New York style" simply means making a large slice. Lil Capo understands it's really about the balance of crust, sauce, cheese, and texture. Every bite reminded me why I miss pizza back east. The sauce has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, the cheese is perfectly proportioned, and everything tastes fresh without trying to reinvent what already works. Sometimes simplicity executed well is the hardest thing to accomplish. Pizza: 5/5 Service was equally impressive. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. After selecting our slices, they quickly reheated them to perfection and had them on our table within minutes. It's exactly what you want from a neighborhood pizzeria--fast, relaxed, and genuinely hospitable. Service: 5/5 I also appreciated the atmosphere. Lil Capo isn't trying to be flashy or trendy. Instead, it has that classic neighborhood pizzeria feel where the focus stays exactly where it should--on making outstanding pizza. It's casual, comfortable, family-friendly, and somewhere you could easily become a regular. The pricing is another pleasant surprise. Considering the quality of the pizza and the generous slice sizes, I found everything to be very fairly priced. Overall Finding authentic New York-style pizza in Arizona has been surprisingly difficult over the years, but Lil Capo delivers exactly what I've been searching for. Authentic New York-style crust Excellent sauce-to-cheese ratio Minimal grease Friendly, efficient service Fair prices Comfortable neighborhood atmosphere I've eaten pizza throughout New York my entire life, and Lil Capo remains the closest I've found to the real thing anywhere in Arizona. Whenever I'm on the west side of the Valley--or heading to or from a Cardinals game--I find myself looking for an excuse to stop in. Next time, I'm skipping the slices and ordering an entire pie. If you're a fellow New Yorker living in Arizona and craving a slice that tastes like home, Lil Capo should be at the top of your list.
