Took my kids in the evening for some games and food. The employee that helped me at the cash register was friendly and attentive. Some of the games were out of service :/ it was clean and neat inside with lots of seating. Although one small corner of the business was closed off and I'm not sure why. Some of the games weren't working but still taking tokens from our cards, so I went up to the cash register and she was nice enough to add 10 extra tokens on our card which was very nice & thoughtful! We ordered one drink, a medium pepperoni pizza and a regular size cinnamon desert pizza. They gave use the buzz and the kids and my husband and I left to go play games with them while we waited for it to be done. 20ish mins went by & still no buzzer going off for our food. I had checked the counter to see if it was sitting there, thinking maybe the buzzer wasn't working. I did see one pizza wait but I thought it was someone else's. I waited a couple more minutes, then I decided to go up and ask how much longer for our food. The girl said the only cinnamon desert pizza that was sitting there was ours & our pepperoni pizza had just came out which was nice & hot but the dessert pizza was a little cold :/ she said the buzzer inner got mixed up with someone else's ? Had lunch with my mom and sister today. Marciano was wonderful--friendly, attentive, and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, there were several concerns. The service station where the paper towels, cheese, and forks are kept was extremely dusty--about an inch of buildup--which felt very unsanitary. In addition, about half of the arcade games were broken. One of the staff members kindly tried to assist but explained that the person who repairs the machines is out for the week, and only a few employees know how to fix them. I also had an encounter with the manager, which was disappointing. When I mentioned that the driving game was making noise but had no screen, she dismissed it, saying, "Oh yeah, it's broken." When I suggested putting an "Out of Order" sign on it, she refused, explaining that turning it off would affect the connected games. Her response came across as dismissive and unprofessional. A manager should be attentive to guest concerns, not brush them off. read more

I was recently at the Watson Rd location in Buckeye, Az. I orderedmy pizza with extra pepperoni but I honestly felt as if it needed more when it came out. After asking the manager Michelle Meza she immediately offered if I would like it redone. I explained yes and thought it needed more pepperoni. She was courteous, professional, and took care of me right away. this was my first time trying Peter piper pizza and it was delicious. This location use to be great.. bought 3 pizzas 2 xl and a small. Both were a size smaller than I paid for. The young lady manager told me it's cause the pan is a size bigger!! Wrong.. Don't lie about it. First off Peter piper doesn't sell XXL pizzas. Just XL. 2nd of all I use to be a District Manager so she made herself look even stupider. We were there about an hour and a half and all the tables around us were super dirty and no one ever came to clean them lol tons of empty tables but couldn't find a clean one to sit at when we got there so I literally had to go and be that person and ask hey can someone clean like one table for us please? We came for a birthday party and we was able to bring snacks and juice which I thought was pretty cool. My kids are 11y/9/6 and I spent $100 on 3 game cards for 1hr in half. This review could have easily been a 1 star review, if not for a couple things. You ever see Dumb and Dumber? "Just when I think you couldn't possibly be any dumber, you go and do something like this.....AND TOTALLY REDEEM YOURSELF!" I'll explain down below.................. My daughter was turning 3 this last weekend, and she loves Peter Piper. We decided to come down to the Buckeye one (way less crowded than other ones) and celebrate her birthday. We walked inside and placed our order for a combo deal which included a large pepperoni pizza, 2 drinks, and 40 tokens. We also ordered some breadsticks. While ordering, I noticed that there were only a few people behind the counter working (It was early, like 11am, they open at 10:30...understandable). We paid the lady our money, grabbed our drinks, and took a seat. This is where it went downhill, fast. 10 minutes go by. "Oh man, we are starving, hopefully our pizza is coming out soon." 20 minutes go by. "Man, they need to hire some more people, it probably shouldn't take this long." 30 minutes go by. "Man, other people that ordered after us are getting their food, seems like some chaos going on back there. WTF is taking so long?" 40 minutes later, "This is some BS, WTF is going on?" After 40 minutes, my wife walks up to the counter with our buzzer and receipt and kindly asks them why its taking so long. Well, they forgot to put in our damn order! Super BS. We were pretty upset (young kids, bored, hungry etc). Here is where it turned around though..................... The general manager was there, and she was the one my wife talked to. She apologized profusely for the error. She gave us a cup full of tokens for the delay. Without even asking, she ALSO let us know that because of the screw up, she was going to offer us the same order, free of charge, next time. She got out her business card, and wrote on the back "Free large pizza, breadsticks, 2 drinks and 40 tokens". She apologized again, got our order in and personally brought it out to our table, and again, apologized for the situation! I was EXTREMELY happy with the outcome of the situation. That is how you do customer service, right! They could have just said "Sorry!", and a lot of people would accept that and just move on, but she did the right thing and totally made up for the long delay (Reference my Dumb and Dumber quote, up above)! Once we got our food, it was great! The breadsticks were bomb! Super huge, hot, fresh and delicious. The pizza was tasty, and the kids had fun playing games with their extra tokens. We had a very good time celebrating my daughters birthday! My wife went back a couple days later with one of her friends and her kids, and redeemed the free meal. The same manager was there and had to come over to the register to enter the info to give the discount, but it went off without a hitch. What could have been a ruined birthday, turned out to be a fantastic "double birthday celebration" due to the great customer service provided by Dominique (99.9% sure that was her name)! We will continue to come to this particular Peter Piper Pizza and enjoy what they have to offer. Very impressed with how they handled the situation! You will have us as customers for life because of it! read more

Well, we were the only customers here at 10:30pm for a late night craving. Service was prompt and friendly. It was great that the staff made us feel comfortable enough to chillax for the night chompin' on pizza. My small pepperoni was your typical pizza from Peter Piper. Dough was good with a floury crust and the cheese oozed stringy goodness. It had an extra later of grease on top - that's the not so good part. It also tasted "rubbery and chewy" in its typical fast-pizza fashion. Not great but not bad either. It's a good fix when you want to pop in and out for cheap late night pizza. I had placed an order with the store and asked how I can redeem my free personal pizza for my kids and they said I needed to bring them into the store. I asked if they had to enter or if I can leave them outside and they can go see them but they refused. I was then informed after I was told it was okay to use more than one coupon that I can only use one. When going to pick up the order they did a temperature scan on us both and didn't disclose that before we placed the order. When I first arrived, I was concerned they would not have fun since the game side was down due to the lights being worked on. On the way out of town it's always fun to stop and get a large Chicago Classic for the road. I obviously don't eat this by myself but am super excited to participate!! My coworkers and I came to this PPP for their lunch buffet on Friday and it was decent. The pizza was delicious, their pasta as well as their salad! The only reason I am giving them three stars is because we only had one hour for lunch and we waited in line about 15 minutes because we could actually pay and go through the buffet line. There was only one cashier and it was lunch time! It was very busy and the poor young man was there, working up front all alone. We had to rush while eating just because of that line. Having said that I have been to this location countless times since they opened. This place is usually calm during the week with the exception of some Friday and Saturday afternoons. My bf, his family and I come here like once a month spending like at least 100 dollars and thats probably just on the food. Their prizes aren't all that great but its a great place to party with good food and beer. And the games are good enough to keep all the kids occupied. The place is very nosy but well it is a place full of kids it would be weird if it was quiet XD So far we have ordered the salad, wings, bread sticks, pizza, cookies, and ice cream and have not regretted it... I would comment on the beer but I have never tasted it cause I don't drink but it looks like they give a pretty big amount. The restrooms have a couple of stalls and quite clean... for a kids play area that is... Today was my 1st visit here. I pocked the wrong time. Planning on having pizza for dinner I called my order in at 5pm was told it be ready in 20 minutes. Staff is always nice, very attentive and try to keep up with the chaos of the kids making a mess. However I've been to the lunch buffet a few times and I have noticed that they aren't prepared for the amount of customers at this time; meaning pizzas options are very very limited, and there is always a long wait for new ones.
