I was fine with this. After seeing multiple people be called before me I went to see what was going on. I was told I never gave my name. I was never asked for my name. A different person was at the welcome desk and she said she couldn't explain why because she wasn't there when I came in. It's a small business so I asked her to go get the other person which she did not do at this point. There were more people waiting and I was not going to leave my name and be on the bottom of the list so I left and went to another provider. I don't know if this was a one time experience, but it was my experience and I won't be returning to this location to buy glasses.

Switch your eye care to Yardley! I have spent years going to our local eye doctor and nearly forgot…read morethat there are newer technologies that could be used in my eye care. 3 Things I : 1. Customer Service 2. Eye ball pictures 3. Easy to follow explanation I wish I knew the name of the person who did my eye imaging and eye pressure before Dr. Harris because she was a doll! Literally the sweetest human being, we chatted like we were long lost BFFs catching up. She was kind enough to tell me about each machine and what they did because I am a curious girl. I then met with Dr. Harris who was equally as nice and was thoughtful to explain a few things going on with my eyes. He then gave me contacts to try and even answered all my questions about different eye drops I had. I was in a rush so did not pick my glasses out this visit, but the front door ladies were also just sweet as can be and so helpful. I wish I had one bad thing to say about this place but sadly I do not. Ohhh, and if you don't need glasses I would simply go there to see all the random celebrity pictures in their waiting room wall. No idea why Shaquille O'neal comes all the way to Yardley for his eye care, but there he was!

I expected an urgent response to a failure to deliver them. It took me a week, and eventually a very clear statement I would pursue all avenues available to me, to get the manager to agree to void the insurance claim so I could purchase new glasses. This is despite their initial statement that they would do so several days prior to this. The longer version is below: I went to get new lenses and frames in February. I was told they'd be either 1) ready for me to pick up before I moved, or 2) shipped to my new residence. They were not ready when I moved, and were subsequently shipped when they were ready a few days later. I was told they'd arrive March 5th. The glasses didn't arrive. I waited a couple of business days and then contacted the store. I was given a tracking number, which didn't work. UPS indicated the shipment either didn't exist or was lost. I informed the store and requested the purchase be refunded and the insurance claim voided so I could get glasses locally (and more importantly, faster without requiring shipping). It had been 2-3 weeks without glasses now. The manager of the store (who at no point spoke to me on the phone or responded to my requests for them to call me) indicated they would void the claim if the package didn't arrive in two business days. Despite the frustration of not having glasses for two more days, I agreed. I decided to give them one extra day and then called back to request they void my claim. At this point, I was informed (by a store associate) that the manager of the store decided they would have the lenses remade and shipped to us, but wouldn't void the claim. I expressed my frustration that the manager would go back on their word, and has not once made an effort to call me personally. I also expressed that I did not want to risk having these shipped and lost again. I indicated I would explore all avenues available to me to respond (contacting Pearle Vision Corporate, filing with the BBB, filing reviews on every site imaginable, etc.). Only then did I receive the offer of a refund and for them to void our claim.
