What a wonderful doctor. I was afraid that this day was coming. I will miss him but wish him a restful retirement.

too long didn't read version; Dr. Lavrich is a total bada$$ who will likely resolve all of your…read morevision problems. My mom is a 59 y/o woman with a history of severe traumatic brain injury, resulting in eye muscle injury and strabismus (eye-crossing) aka a very complex case which most ophthalmologists wouldn't touch. Luckily Dr. Lavrich isn't just any ophthalmologist. Our journey with Dr. Lavrich began when we were referred to her in January 2022. Our first appointment was in April 2022, and after a slew of appointments and tests, eye muscle surgery was in June 2022. We cannot sing Dr. Lavrich's praises enough, as she is a total and complete gem. She is so very thorough and has a great personality. She genuinely CARES about her patients, so much so that she adds patients in and runs herself continuous in the office (this does often result in long wait times to see her, especially when testing is involved - but I promise, she's worth it). After my mom's complex surgery, Dr. Lavrich was concerned about her and asked us to come in less than 24h later so she could see my mom before a long holiday weekend. This appointment was not scheduled in advance and Dr. Lavrich added us in because she cares that much. Additionally, she urged us to call her if we had any challenges or concerns over the holiday weekend, and I have no doubt that if we had needed her, she would've risen to the occasion. Her compassion and expertise is very palpable, and in our case it provided my mom the confidence she needed going into the procedure. Now in October 2022, after two follow up appointments, my mom is starting to have single vision some portion of the time - something that never would've been possible prior to surgery. We are still in the long process of correcting my mom's double vision and improving my mom's eye health, but I have no doubt that Dr. Lavrich will get us to where we need to be. If you have vision challenges resulting from brain injury or really any problems with your eyes at all, look no further, Dr. Lavrich is the one.

Since I was following the text I received at 1:45 PM yesterday, I told them that was when I was coming. The staff who called me insisted that I agreed to a time change when they called me yesterday. I remember the call to confirm but not the time. I checked my phone and the call was at 12:32 PM. Over an hour later, the text I received confirmed 1:45 PM. I have liked the doctors but have really disliked the staff at the Levittown offices. I'm unsure if I want to reschedule with them.

I was fine with this. After seeing multiple people be called before me I went to see what was going on. I was told I never gave my name. I was never asked for my name. A different person was at the welcome desk and she said she couldn't explain why because she wasn't there when I came in. It's a small business so I asked her to go get the other person which she did not do at this point. There were more people waiting and I was not going to leave my name and be on the bottom of the list so I left and went to another provider. I don't know if this was a one time experience, but it was my experience and I won't be returning to this location to buy glasses.

Customer Service 2. Eye ball pictures 3. Easy to follow explanation I wish I knew the name of the person who did my eye imaging and eye pressure before Dr. Harris because she was a doll! Literally the sweetest human being, we chatted like we were long lost BFFs catching up. She was kind enough to tell me about each machine and what they did because I am a curious girl. I then met with Dr. Harris who was equally as nice and was thoughtful to explain a few things going on with my eyes. He then gave me contacts to try and even answered all my questions about different eye drops I had. I was in a rush so did not pick my glasses out this visit, but the front door ladies were also just sweet as can be and so helpful. I wish I had one bad thing to say about this place but sadly I do not. Ohhh, and if you don't need glasses I would simply go there to see all the random celebrity pictures in their waiting room wall. No idea why Shaquille O'neal comes all the way to Yardley for his eye care, but there he was!

This isn't my first eye exam in my life. ( She studied this topic, she can see my eye condition , whatever that maybe. I am here to learn her findings. She talked to her staff member who is note taking. She abruptly asked "do you have questions ? " I then asked "how are my eyes? Am I ok? Any aging issues if so any recommendations? ") She shrugged and looked at me and didn't have much to say. She didn't give me a Diagnosis or results of the many tests. I didn't have a comfortable experience with her, unfortunately. Assistants Morgan and Jeff were so helpful, kind, professional. They do the jobs so well. Maybe the portal will alert me of a visit summary.

They made me wait 3 weeks. When I was finally seen by Dr Brodowski he recommended eye drops and for me to see a specialist within their practice in Southampton. I had to wait another 3 weeks to be seen. In the meantime, the eye drops I was prescribed were not going to last as long as the doctor had ordered. You would think it would be a simple fix right? Wrong. The office staff acted as though this situation had never happened before. Dr Brodowski ended up calling me and blaming me for this situation. I explained that I have children's lives in my hands and he did not care. He said they are the most popular eye care practice and they would not miss me. I explained to him that having vision insurance is a luxury and that he should learn his demographic. He laughed. I guess when you're making a doctor's salary you don't care about the little people. I went to the appointment to see the specialist and they informed me that I was no longer welcome as a patient. I again explained my job and the importance of my vision and they did not care in the least. I never received a phone call or letter stating that Dr Brodowski dropped me as a patient. I had to take off work, unpaid, to go the that appointment. The moral of the story is that as long as this practice is taking in money hand over fist they cannot be bothered with my eyesight or the safety of your children.
