Lost my glasses at Sesame Place and went here in a panic. The woman there was super helpful and gave me a target for when new glasses could be made (I had my latest vision exam results on my phone). In the interim, she gave me a sample contact solution and case (for free) as I had a spare set of contacts in my hotel. This allowed me to get through until when I got new classes. Would recommend the staff here as helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help out a customer in need. Specific shout out to Anita who helped me when I was there. read more

Very disappointed in the service I received at the Oxford Valley Lens Crafters. Did not receive the technical assistance needed to purchase a frame with the proper temple length. I never knew that the inside of the frame reflects the lens width, bridge size and temple length. I learned this at America's Best. Additionally, the very expensive progressive lenses I purchased just over a year ago have spots in the lenses that I cannot remove. The quality has really deteriorated. Really disappointed. read more

Don't waste your time going here. I walked in for glasses and asked if they take insurance and showed my card. Employee said "no" and walked away to sit with other customers. Left me standing in the store like a deer in headlights. Customer service was a joke. read more

I'm giving this place 2 stars only bc the doctor was nice. This location is awful. Mostly bc the receptionist/ assistant was a bit of a B***H. Just an FYI, if you show up 8 mins late, you'll hear about it. Clearly it means more to be on time at this lens crafters then it does for a specialist doctors office bc I have never heard someone talk to me about being late for an appointment ever. There is always a 15 min grace period. If that time is so valuable then it is the fault of the organizers not the patients. I also love that although I was late, there is a sign that says "walk ins welcome". Like wtf?! Once I was taken back I waited for about 25 mins for the doctor... so Dr. NGuyen is really nice and all, but I didn't appreciate having to wait that long, especially after the rude assistant gave me shit for being late. I 100% will never come back here again. read more

Store full of people watching you stand at the door 5 minutes before scheduled open time. Self employed folks recognize poor Customer care when you see it. read more

Scheduling on line was very easy. Store was very clean. I was taken back with Dr. Nguyen within 5 minutes of my arrival (which is a huge deal maker/breaker for me, so I appreciate the punctuality) and she was wonderful. She moved quickly, which was great cause I had to get back to work, but was thorough and answered all my questions and presented me with multiple options for glasses and contacts. I also had a great and timely experience ordering glasses. Didn't take long to place order and they were ready an hour later. Would highly recommend. read more

My daughter lost her glasses in the lake and needed a replacement pair. She also said her vision had changed. They were able to see us the next day, did an abbreviated prescription only exam for a lower price and she had a new pair of glasses an hour later. Simple, efficient, and helpful. We have been going here for years and never had an issue. read more

I made an appointment online and was surprised they were open on a Sunday. However... no where did they say that you can be seen for only certain things on a Sunday! I wasted so much time, waiting for the appointment and getting there only for them to tell me I couldn't be seen. ( can't fit for contacts on a Sunday). Ummmm, that would have been nice to know before I wasted a Sunday! The girl at the desk, not the Dr. Had no expression or wmotion and had nothing to say. Horrible customer service and needs to find a "work from home" job. Not working with the public that they let down. Go to a reputable eye doctor, NOT lens crafters! Bad! read more

The lens are not in about an hour if you wanted the thinnest lens avaiable (ie you're near sighted and you usually wear coke bottles) or if you need progressives or bifocals or trifocals or if you have astigmatism or if you need computer and reading glasses. The associates vary in quality. All are well trained on selling extras but one could not understand why I would need both computer and reading glasses. The manager is just plain condescending, rolling her eyes as I explained that there was too much glare on my glasses. It was lost on her that I was an MD. Go there if you need a single vision pair of glasses and are willing to pay 300-400 dollars extra because you believe the hype. Or if you just move to the area and forgot to get recommendations. read more

Dr. Kim & Stacy are the best at what they do. Professionalism and genuine care for their customers are paramount here. I highly recommend their services. read more

Anita was rude from the moment I set foot in the store. Came in to ask for help with a product I have been disappointed with since the original purchase. I was a patient/customer at this location for years. I gave them an opportunity to win me back by making good on the past. Didn't happen. Never again. read more

I like their selection. They have higher end frames and regular types and the location in the mall is convenient- right on the second floor off the escalator. However, the customer service is lacking. The staff seems so disconnected. I had them put in a pair of fake lenses into a pair of glasses I purchased online that had the brand etched in the lens. They did it that day for a $25 donation to their charity. I would come back on a day that wasn't busy, maybe it would be a better experience. read more

Good selection of regular and sun glasses frames. If it isn't busy, you can get some good advice and help. I have gone for eye exams there and lenses/frames. I will say that the service is VERY slow if busy. You are liable to wait at least 30 minutes or more for anything including fitment, payment, and advice. I'd recommend going there during the week from 10am-3pm. After that, they are busy with people coming back from work. Also, do not go on weekends or holidays. I know this leaves out a lot of options, but if you can, it makes the experience way better if it is not busy. I go there when it isn't busy and I have great customer service, advice, and conversations. I guess I have that luxury. read more

We went in to buy a pair of glasses for my mom. The lady at the counter swiped two different amount on my card. Once the full amount and once the discounted amount. Now both amounts are deducted from my account. All the time the other lady kept on saying it had happend to her and it is pending authorization. If it has happenned to her or not why should I even care. They were courteous enough to just say sorry. They didnot extend any service. I do not need a free service but aren't they supposed to extend one. read more

Despite having an appointment, I waited an hour before finally just giving up and leaving. This is absolutely ridiculous, given that my appointment was one of the first appointments of the morning. I can only imagine how long you must have to wait if your appointment is in the middle or end of the day. I'll never go back. read more

Like twice a year I get my eyes checked. Today I went in to get my glasses fixed because yesterday when they fixed them they messed them up. The workers are always angry and don't think customer service matters I'm done with them read more

I went to LensCrafters in Langhorne to see about getting my 10 year old son a new pair of glasses and mine adjusted. I had both my boys (4 and 10) and my mother who was in a wheelchair. I was semi greeted by the gentleman. I explained to him I was looking for a new pair of glasses for my son. He looked up some information in the computer and then asked me if I wanted the prescription from last year (in a condescending tone) which I replied yes. I mentioned we might use the keystone first insurance my children have and his snotty reply was "we don't except keystone first". As if is a lower class insurance. This is when I noticed both my kids playing with their sample lenses. I grab the lenses out of their hands and put them back. I took my 10 year old over to the kids glasses and started trying to help him. My mom in her wheelchair was trying to help keep the 4 year old in check while looking for herself. After we concluded there was nothing their my oldest would like we decided to wait. I turned around and noticed the same associate not vigorously cleaning the sample lenses my kids were touching. I figured okay makes sense since my kids just figured them up. I asked if he could adjust my son glasses. He seemed annoyed but then did so. When he went back behind the counter and my back was turned he then very rudely said "can you please...there are not toys". When I turned back around I saw my 4 year old playing with the sample lenses again. I took them out of his hands and put them back. I get my kids were in the wrong but considering I was a person who was trying to accomplish a task with a disabled adult and two kids the attitude I received from this associate was unnecessary. Clearly I was trying to give my 10 year old my attention while keeping my 4 year old in check and help my mother at the same time. I know those sample lenses are not toys!! The fact that the kids were in the building seemed to irritate this gentlemen. This is also not the first time I have experienced this same pretentious attitude from this associate. I work in customer service and I get it, some days just are bad. However, this is unnecessary and made me feel as if my kids were unwelcomed. So much so I almost forgot to get my own glasses adjusted. This was it for me. I, my husband and both my kids wear glasses. My husband and I both get them from this location however I think is is time for a change. I will be taking my business elsewhere. With all this being said when I was there before picking out my glasses there was another associate (very tall man) who was so nice and helped me pick out my new pair. He is also nice unfortunately I do not remember his name, read more

Even one star is too much for this place. Staff are rude, dishonest and careless. I went there twice and every time they gave me totally different info. One time the sales person offered me one type of lenses, and when I went to buy them, the other sales person literally said "I wouldn't invest my money or time on these lenses"!! I wonder how come a company like LensCrafters ruins its reputation by hiring people like this. I will never go back not only to this place but to any other LensCrafters that may hire staff like these guys. read more

Purchased a very expensive Prada frame, progressive lens, and associate convinced me to purchase the anti-glare. The anti-glare has started to come off the lenses and I can no longer see because of it. Went into the store, and the first thing the associate did was check to see if I was due for a new pair of frames and lenses through my insurance. Nothing else is wrong with my frames or lenses, except the anti-glare product that they added to my lenses is defective. I would be able see/use my frames if I had not added the anti-glare as my prescription has not changed. Their solution was another $300 out of pocket for me to replace the lenses without anti-glare. Their warranty is one year, even if their product is defective. I phoned Lens Crafters Corporate, and they explained that only the store can offer to replace the lenes. They phoned the store manager, whose solution was a 25% discount on new lenses. My husband and I both purchase our frames at Lens Crafters. Never again! They don't stand behind their products that under perform, and lack the ability to provide decent customer service. read more

Lenscrafters, tomorrow, you lose over $600 in business and any future business from our family due to your poor customer support. Your manager completely ignored us, even though your tech pointed out that we were next and we wound up waiting over an hour only to finally leave in frustration. Tomorrow, my wife brings back everything she bought, and you'll never see us again. I recommend that no one else visits you either. read more

This is the worst Lenscrafters I have ever been to! They barely have any selections at all! I will not be coming here ever again!

It was a waste of time going there. They emailed us for appointments but we really did not want to go there since it is too far away. But, we end up going anyway. We called them ahead of time that we are going to be late. And they said yes, but when we got there , and they could only take one person and not two. It was a long drive from home. We will not go back ! I will not recommend this place to my friends or to anybody. They lost our business. read more

I wish I read the other reviews before going there. My appointment was for 11:40 on a Saturday and I finally saw the doctor at 1:10, I only stayed because it's hard for me to make appointments because of my children and my husband's work hours. After my exam I went to pick out my glasses and the I told the associate that I could only afford what my insurance pays for which is $100 and he said well there's only a couple pairs and you're not going to find any where you're looking and walked away. I couldn't believe how rude he was. I finally picked a pair and a lady of course tried to sell me on all the extras and talked about her dog forever and we were almost done and the computer froze, I went off on her in a calm way because I've been in the place for almost 3 hours and I got no apologies. So if you want to waste a lot of time with rude sales people go there! read more

Was charged for something that I specifically told them I wasnt interested in over the phone. If you want a specific brand of contacts that they dont carry, dont bother wasting your time. Was not told how much a "contact fitting" was. If I would have known i wouldnt have wasted my time on contacts I knew I wasnt going to like. read more

One star, because I couldn't give zero .. This is literally the worst LensCrafters I've ever been to. I bought a pair of ray bans sometime last year and the guy who "helped" me was very rude, I would have cancelled my order and went somewhere else if I wasn't leaving for vacation the next day. Yesterday, I went in again because one of the arms off my moms glasses broke and she couldn't find the screw. I went into the store and explained to the lady (I wish I knew her name) what happened, I also told her my mom bought the glasses at this LensCrafters which is why I came to that store and she insisted that my mom didn't get them there. Which I have proof that she did because if there's one thing I don't like, it's being called a liar. And trust me, I would have LOVED to go to another store to get them fixed but I couldn't since she DID buy them there. Bottom line, the customer service is terrible. If you don't like your job, then quit. It's that simple. And by the reviews I read below, I'm not the only one who feels that way. You're losing a ton of customers, including me because your customer service is horrible. read more
