Pros: Victor (owner) does seem overwhelmingly friendly... at least before they get your money…read more thats about it. Cons: The selection of frames is VERY limited. Compare this store to a real upscale optical store and you will see the difference. Most of the frames they do carry are close-outs. In other words they specialize in older style frames that they acquire at huge discount. However, it does NOT reflect their prices. Their prices are even higher than at most other stores. I made a huge mistake by filing my RX prescriptions at this store. They were supposed to get done in 3 days. When I stopped by in 3 days they told me that they were overwhelmed with orders and simply didnt have a chance to work on my order yet. Another week passed... they never called. When I confronted them again, they actually told me that they lost my frame!!! VERY dishonest people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Take your business somewhere else.

Honestly, I only wear glasses (never could and never have worn contacts) so if you're looking for a trendy cheap pair of glasses to beat up and get new ones in a year, go somewhere else. You pay for the quality. All of the glasses that I've ever gotten from Pearle were made to last until I'm done with them, not when they break (to clarify I'm sayin great Pearle's frame are extremely durable). The current pair of glasses that I have are a beautiful pair of Ralph Lauren glasses that have lasted me 4 whole years (I know, I know, that's too long, but they've held up so well). I've gone to other eyeglasses places and had to wait forever to have help and have been met with attitude for asking questions. Honestly I've never had that experience at Pearle. Their technicians are always wonderful and the girl I spoke to last visit actually explained my prescription to me versus giving me a dollar amount and shuffling me on my way. They're always apt to recommend the type of lenses that are best for my type of prescription and I very much appreciate Pearle always going above and beyond to make sure that I'm thrilled with my purchases. Glasses are an investment, an extension of your personality, and a mode of sight, and honestly I'm not about to leave a purchase that important to an amateur. I always try to go to another place because I'll be honest their glasses are expensive, but ALWAYS end up buying frames from Pearle because the quality and experience are overall unmatched.

They are more than willing to help with the picking of your frames and their customer service skills are extremely good when making calls to advise of anything. The staff will assist as much as they can with your insurance and provide helpful knowledge about the different products they offer. I only gave four stars because of what I perceive to be a limited selection of frames even though walls are lined up with them. Otherwise, it would be five stars for customer service skills. I highly recommend this business.
