    So I had a pretty good experience going to the Petco in Redlands California. I was a little concerned because my dog was a rescue dog, she was abused by her previous owners. So she's quite timid. This is her first time going to an actual place to get groomed. The person who groomed her is named Alyssa A. She was so kind and so nice. She treated my dog with such respect and was very understanding of her needs. I already booked another appointment to see her, I will be going once a month to see the same person who helped me out originally Alyssa. A . The price was very decent and the add-ons were pretty decent as well. She did a great job.

    Horrible! Dissatisfied! Discriminated! I schedule a grooming appointment about two weeks ago. I got reminders to bring vaccination proof. We show up first thing this morning and provided the updated vaccinations from 10/2021 from the Mary Roberts adoption clinic. As two associates reviewed her records they inquired if there was an electronic form for these vaccinations. I stated the paper form I provided is what they gave and it was signed by their veterinarian. Then they stated that it is PETCO policy to have the electronic vaccination form. I inquired if this is stated on their website. Since the emails and text reminders did not specify this. They unfortunately, continued to state they would not be able to provide services and if I could get veterinarian to provide an electronic form then she can return for services. It was very frustrating to have to experience this type of customer service. I feel we were discriminated against. Since my dog is a husky and requires more work they did not accept her. Regardless if the vaccinations were paper form which was a carbon copy of the official vaccinations, it should have been acceptable. I even provided original adoption electronic forms that stated she had her other vaccinations when she was adopted. Again PETCO's website did not state an electronic or digital form was required. Waste of time and gas to be turned away! They should reimburse for mileage and gas.

He could tell I had so much tension I been stressing out about my dog and he made sure to check in with my concerns. We recently moved and our Bichon Frise did not take the move well. He has since become very aggressive and attacks the other family dog viscously. This was not like him at all. We never trained him so he was a free spirit dog you could say but his behavior just got worst in the last month. Don taught us techniques to get him to listen. I was shocked. I've never seen him listen. Also even after he left my dog was more calm and would listen. We are going to make sure to follow all his steps and tools he gave us to succeed. At the end of the day we trained us too lol I recommend him 100 percent. I called him yesterday and thankfully he had a cancellation and pray and I snatched that appointment fast.

He could try and squeeze out whatever money he can by promising the same outcome in a span of 4-5 weeks but he is honest and cuts the B.S right from the start. My dog would jump on us all the time, try and eat our food, run out the gate and it's insane to say, Don helped us correct it all in a few hours. Obviously you have to practice practice practice until it becomes a habit for the dog so in the end, it comes down to you. Are you willing to put in the work and have a great relationship with your dog. If you are, save yourself hundreds of dollars and visits, and call Don.

    Boarded our cat for a few nights while we went out of town. When I originally spoke with them over…read morethe phone they sounded extremely professional, said they offer photographs daily of our pet and that they would need to see vaccination paperwork at drop off. Called a second time to book a tour of where our cat would be staying - I was told by Ryan that having visitors come to the back would disrupt the dogs' experience.... Mkay. He said I could come in and see photos of the cat's lodge in the office and he has some on his phone. At drop off, there were many dogs in the office so be aware this is more of a business catered to dogs than cats. My cat was already stressed, not a shocker but still annoying. When it was my turn, they confirmed the dates she will be staying, literally took her to the back and didn't ask about vaccination or anything. It was very fast and felt off, but whatever. When I asked to see photos of where she would be staying they acted strange, as if my question was taboo. They didn't have any they could show me so I literally dropped my cat off and have no idea where she is going. Awesome. I left and in the car called to speak to someone who would send me photos - it was odd how they made it so difficult to send me 1 photo. They said they did take a photo but the cat was blurry so they will try again later.....Huh??? It's not hard to send a photo in 2026. Anyways, at pick up when they brought out my cat, they gave her back to me in the WRONG CARRIER. That was my sign that this business is shady and unorganized. The guy panicked when I told him the carrier wasn't mine and took them an additional 10 minutes to get the right one. And yes, I checked to see that they gave me the right cat. They also included a dirty old cat toy in the carrier covered in hair that was not ours. Gross. Very chaotic - never will be returning and would not recommend.

He was extremely timid, scared of almost everything, struggled with bad separation anxiety, and had bitten both me and my partner at different times. We felt discouraged and heartbroken because we wanted so badly to make it work. Taylor didn't just "train" Juno, he helped us understand him. He completely shifted the way we saw Juno's behavior and taught us how to communicate with him in a way that built trust instead of fear. Through his guidance, we were able to create a genuine bond with Juno, and that's what made the biggest difference. We used to be scared to let him be around strangers, but now he's friendly, confident, and constantly gets compliments on how incredibly well-behaved he is. It didn't happen overnight, and it definitely took consistency and effort at home, but it was 100% worth it. We're so grateful for Taylor and everything he's done for our little family.
