My dog, Basil, is reactive to other dogs--not in an aggressive way, he's just very playful and gets overly excited when he sees them. This Woof Gang location is perfect for him--it's quiet, super cute, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They don't stack appointments, so Basil can come and go without the extra stress of running into other dogs. He always leaves calm and happy. Oh, and their special perfume/cologne for dogs smells AMAZING! I'll admit, I stretched out Basil's last grooming appointments longer than I should have (grooming doodles is expensive everywhere, not just here), and his ears got more matted than I liked. After his most recent groom, he looked perfect except for those ears. I texted Woof Gang to see if I could bring him back in, and they replied right away, working around my schedule to get him in quickly. Gabbie helped us this time, and Basil absolutely loves her. She was so kind and gentle--letting him sniff the tools before using them, going at his pace, and giving him lots of love in between to keep him calm. I really appreciate how much care she took to make sure he was comfortable. We're so happy to have found this place and will continue bringing Basil back for his monthly groomings. Last time they kept her four hours, needed to use two people due to her anxiety, charged me for two people and didn't even explain why. The time before that they did a hand trim that I didn't request and charged me for it. This last time they had her name wrong when I walked in the door. Very sloppy business. I am changing groomers. The response from the owner is mostly untrue.

She's a part-time outdoor cat (mainly roaming the streets in the early morning) that chooses to pop in for a warm bed (usually my laptop) and some freeze dried space niblets (seafood flavored kibble). Ever since Gracie came into my life, a name I heard my neighbor's calling her, I've been trying to get her little things here and there to make her life better. As I type this, I see the cloud cat tower she's used once while getting a delivery alert for the outdoor house I bought her. So when I was at Whole Foods recently, I noticed this pet store right next door. With time to spare, I meandered in to see what offerings they had. Their dog selection is the majority of the store with two rows for felines and even less for other types pets you might have. They also have a dog washing station for those who might need to bathe Bruno. The price point is a bit higher but I believe you are supporting local. So while your buck might not get you too far here, at least it's going to a family-owned business.

Aaron deserves special praise for his kind and calm demeanor and adorable teddy bear cut he did for her. She went from scruffy to princess and came out so happy, which tells me the care he took with her. I'm obsessed and have found my new groomer! Aaron has a real talent and gift with animals. When I took her out with me for errands we got lots of compliments. I joke about Millie knowing that she's cute -- thank you Aaron for dolling her up!

The dogs consistently come back looking clean, fresh, and well cared for. What really stands out is how patient and gentle the groomers are--especially with our high-anxiety dog. They take their time and make sure the dogs are comfortable, which gives us so much peace of mind. It's clear they truly care about the animals they work with. It's hard to find a groomer you can fully trust, but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend!
