Not only did she look fantastic, but she barely shed for almost 3 full months afterward. That's a HUGE win for a double-coated giant like her! The team at Doggie Do's was incredibly professional, courteous, and clearly experienced with large breeds. Maggie can be a bit stubborn, but they handled her with care and confidence--and she came out calm, clean, and happy. We also truly appreciate that they offer a military discount--it's a small gesture that goes a long way and speaks volumes about the respect and integrity of their business. If you have a big dog (or any dog!) and want top-tier grooming with a personal touch, Doggie Do's Grooming Salon is the only place to go. We'll definitely be returning--and recommending them to everyone we know.

My dog Tito is a Siberian Husky with a long double-coat... he is difficult to groom and this has proven challenging for most other grooming services. After scheduling Tito for grooming at K9, I was delighted to see him with a full brush-out and breed-appropriate trim. I would absolutely recommend this service to any dog owner and will be bringing Tito back!

You have to take your dog for daycare for multiple days before they can be boarded. They don't…read moreboard dogs over age 10 unless you're an established customer. This is not a good spot for anyone who is traveling with dogs. Editing to add that I posted the comment immediately after speaking with a representative of the business who told me different info than what the business owner replied. She asked if my senior dog had been boarded before and I said yes, explaining that I travel around the country and board my dogs quarterly and send them to daycare monthly. She was clear that they have phased out accepting senior dogs who haven't been their clients. She also said I needed several days of daycare to assess temperament. It sounds like there may be some disconnects between this company's policies and what their reps say. This can probably be remedied with some training. I appreciate the kind response from the business owner (+1 star for that) and wish Friends of Toto all the best as they get the communication issue with prospective clients sorted.

Jacob is clearly comfortable and experienced with anxious dogs. This place has towels, leashes and collars and even smelly sprays at the end like a car wash! Overall it was such a great experience in customer service, and an amazing experience for our anxious 75 lb Bull dog. It was great exposure for him with new sounds and new people. They have 2 self service bath stations for dog owners to bring their furry ones for a bath. They come equipped with everything you need - a bathtub, towels, shampoo, and even an apron for you to wear so you don't get wet after your dog does their wet dog shake. The self service bath stations are always clean. There were a couple of times that we went and they were already occupied so we waited. After the dog owners were finished bathing their dogs, the staff would go in and clean it prior to letting us in. Staff there are always friendly. The shelves are always neatly stocked and they have a variety of pet foods and toys for every pet. Highly recommended!

There have been a few times where we've popped up with no appointment and asked them very nicely if they could take care of whatever needs we had and more often than not, they even able to squeeze us in. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of service that they deliver and their customer service is wonderful. They have plenty of free parking alongside of and behind the building as well as street parking directly in front of the entrance.
