The bag instantly ripped right in front of him and I asked if he could put the goods into a new bag and he proceeded to tell me that he could not because the owners were very cheap and he would get in trouble so I had to walk out with over $100 worth of stuff in my hands while holding four frozen bags of food. This is not about the $.10 bag. It's the principal that he was not willing to help me over something he knew was cheap and cost pennies. Do we not teach good customer service anymore? This is sad because I really enjoy going there but now I may have to drive to the Laguna Niguel location.
