I've been to this place repeatedly for my pup and never had a problem. They are always super kind and do everything we ask, and my dog loves going there. Now my baby hates his paws and face being touched but sits nicely for them and he loves the bandanna he gets from here as much as we do! they are decently priced and get him done in a reasonable amount of time. if you want your fur babies in good hands i recommend you go here. 10/10 will definitely be back! Big shout out to the gals at DawgyStyle for getting my baby Zeus all tidied up. I stopped in when we arrived a few days ago to see if I could get him groomed. Sadly they were booked several weeks ago. They said they would take my name and call if anyone cancelled. In my mind I was thinking, "yeah right You won't call", well much to my enjoyment they called this morning and got Zeus in and looking all handsome. They even sent him home with a bag full of goodies since it was his first time. Very friendly ladies and they do high quality work. Wanted to leave a review for Rachel and Brittany as they are just amazing. We've been taking our 1.5 yr old standard poodle puppy IVAN here since he's been able to get groomed. I have to say that they do an amazing job not only on the quality of haircut, but they are also reasonable on their pricing. Plus my dog always has a good temperament when going or coming from the salon- they treat him like one of their own. Highly recommend these ladies- amazing!

Have been here several times. This last (and final) time, our dog was returned to us LIMPING. Will be sending the vet bill to the owner, Brittany, who claims she has no responsibility for the animals under her care. Be warned. If you care about your pup's health, look elsewhere. read more

Omg DawgyStyle staff are amazing! I take my 95lb Golden Retriever there and he loves them. He looks and smells amazing every time. They take notes from the last time so u don't have to remember exactly what they did. They are kind and loving and treat your dog like it's their own. I highly recommend them but book early they are in demand. I would rate them 10 star. read more

Far above and beyond the best place around! I've been using them for a few years now and drive there from the next town over. I've been to most all of the groomers in 2 towns, but now stick with this one because they're so nice and patient with my Indigo. They do the best job as well! read more

DawgyStyle is amazing! This was my dog's first professional grooming experience and it was wonderful. Jax is a husky and has more fluff than I ever thought possible. He had a bath, blow dry, brush out, ears/nails, paw pads trimmed, teeth brushed- basically a puppy spa day. He is so soft, fluffy, and no fly-away fluff or loose undercoat is left! He also gets very anxious sometimes and I can tell if he has been stressed out. When I picked him up he was his happy, care-free self so I know he was having fun too! His appointment was on time, the building is clean and well secured for pups, everyone was friendly, and they also have a nice retail area. We will be scheduling our next appointment soon since they book out in advance- and I totally understand why! read more

This place is amazing! I can't say enough about Brittney!!! With that said there is Rachel too who i hear is amazing as well!!!They truly loves and cares about your dog and are so patient! My fur baby was so happy when I picked him up he didn't want to leave! Just make sure you book in advance cause they book up! They are that good! Fantastic professional, kind and caring groomers. Brittany gave our girl so much TLC. Our girl is a big super fluffy 150 pound malamute that does not like being groomed. Her friend and groomer of 8 years moved away recently- and we had a hard time finding someone to take over. As a result our girl was matted and in need of lots of time and TLC. This was a big job and these ladies were so happy to help us and did excellent work. Brittney and Rachel love dogs and it shows. Thank you! Highest recommendation. Let me put your curiosity at ease by stating that YES, I am one of those crazy helicopter dog moms that can count on one hand (with fingers to spare) the number of people I trust with my pup.. Brittney is now one of them. I came in today for the first time and was instantly put at ease when Brittney greeted us with a big smile and the warmest, kindest energy. I also loved that the pups there were all getting to interact with one another, definitely reduces anxiety they can have by being in a kennel. She was patient with my girl, as Shiloh can be a bit nervous with new people and places, and listened my rambling of concerns that I have, mainly that Shiloh has been itching alot lately and was worried that it maybe allergies or something else.. On top of being a super talented groomer Brittney is a wealth of information on dog nutrition. Shiloh was in and out super quickly, made some new friends and looks amazing. She was bathed with a medicated shampoo to help her dry skin and given a clean up for summer. These ladies are AMAZING! Super friendly, patient and accommodating. My dogs always come home looking like show dogs. Strangers have actually asked me where I take them. And my dogs love going in, they literally pull to get inside quicker. It helps that they aren't stuffed in a crate, they just hang out with other pups waiting to get groomed. read more

And, because we get to make the outside beautiful through grooming it had prompted us to educate ourselves to help make the inside beautiful as well through nutrition. Established in 2020.

DawgyStyle Grooming was established in 2000 at it's current location at Blue Lantern Plaza in Dana Point, CA. In October of 2020, the business was purchased by two veteran Professional Groomers, Brittney & Rachel. The previous owner ran the business since April of 2012.

Meet the Business Owner: Brittney - Rachel W.

Hi We're Brittney & Rachel and we want to be your pet's stylist! Collectively, we have over 45 years of grooming experience with an emphasis on proper handling techniques and nutrition for your fur-children. Read on below for a little more information on who we are and what we're about: BRITTNEY I've been working with dogs and cats professionally for the last 15 years. I'm a mother to an adorable 8 year old named Abel, a dog that thinks he's a human named Billy, and a rascally young cat named Greyson. At DawgyStyle, it is my mission to provide a safe and comfortable place for dogs and cats to get groomed. RACHEL At the age of 19 I was given the chance to become a dog groomer. Little did I know it would become my passion and career spanning 29 years. I love building relationships with and caring for my furry friends, especially the most challenging ones. To help change their mindset from disliking or being terrified of grooming, to loving it or at the very least tolerating it.

They are super fast - both times took less than 90 minutes, but I never feel like they cut corners. He always gets a deshed and it's always done beautifully. Maybe get "desk treats" also help ease him in, and he is so fresh and stylish when he comes home. Lemmy has a million old man nuggets and OCHT groomers do a fantastic job of navigating those during his wash & groom. It's very easy to park here and they do a great job of scheduling so that there is at least 1 dog to play with while waiting and 1 dog getting groomed at a time. Had pretty much expected to shave her since she was living her best life being dirty and free. So we did. It took our groomer about 3 hours to shave her. But when we got her back, we could tell she hadn't been mistreated. There are times when we get her back and she skittish or jumpy. She was perfectly fine. I did ask her to cotton ball her ears so she wouldn't get an ear infection since she's prone to those. She didn't get one. She looks so cute, Is so soft, and smells good. She did exactly what I asked her to do. 10/10 Will definitely be using them again! Great price for being mobile grooming!

I love Stevie so I'm sad to change but it is too much work to get an appointment. This is a case where the scheduling is such a painful process it was constant where I would say please give me an appointment on a certain day during 11-3pm and they would say see you at 8:30am...they also rescheduled my appointment and then didn't have anything until a week later a few times. Also they would try to switch groomers after I told them I only wanted Stevie. Bummer

Brought in our rescue Jindo, Sori, and couldn't be more pleased. She's as beautiful as they get, but with that beauty comes some of the not-so-good Jindo traits (skittish, stranger aggresive, ie.) She would hardly let ANYONE touch her, so we were a bit afraid. Vincent did it. Don't know how, but he did. Not only did Sori look fabulous, she was calm, mellow and happy. Just recently found this Great Grooming place form my Pug. He is not happy being left by me anywhere, especially when a bath and nail trim is involved, but this time I had to make him leave. Best Grooming Shop I've been to hands down. My dogs came home so clean and happy. They were in and out of the shop in two hours, the fasts grooming I've experienced ever. The workers there are very nice and they followed my requests to the "T". I love how open and clean the shop is, and how I can see my dogs being groomed and well taken care of. read more

Have used them for number of years and they have been consistent in doing superior grooming for my Carin terrier. Sandy the groomer has an obvious love of dogs and they respond well to it. Give them a try your pet will be glad you did. read more

Looked all over for a groomer to handle my sensitive Afgan. Haven needs a calm, alpha type groomer or he panics. Michelle has been able to groom him regularly without any panic attacks. I highly recommend Dawgy Style Groom shop. read more
