We've taken all three of our girls here quite a few times since moving to the area - our two big girls (a 100 lb Shiloh Shepherd and a 65 double Merle (deaf / partially blind) Aussie mix). Our biggest needs a lot of love as she's terrified of the groomer (go figure) and our deaf/blind double Merle girl has some strange sensory / touch issues due to the DM genetics. All of the staff was incredibly sweet, understanding, and super accommodating for our dogs and I cannot recommend a groomer / operation more. Highly, highly recommended. One additional thing I feel I need to comment on: As I've read some of the negative comments about this establishment, while also considering my and others' I know very positive experiences, I can clearly identify some serious user (customer) error in quite a few of these unfortunate situations whether it be entitlement, delusion, unrealistic expectations, negligence towards their own pet... the list goes on. UPDATE: The owner called me after reading my Yelp review and came across as defensive, stating that her groomers are the best and she said, "maybe you guys were having a bad day". Wow. In her responses to other negative Yelp reviews, she always blames the customer. If you look at the recent reviews, there have been quite a few negative ones. The owner should take responsibility for that and use them as training opportunities for her staff. ----- Several years ago I gave this place a 5-star review and we had been happy with their services up until today. We typically ask for Danielle, but she's on leave so I called this week and requested Rose. When my husband dropped my dog off, they said Rose left last week so another person would do the grooming. Why wasn't I informed of that when I called? The last time we brought our dog in, the groomer said he had a panic attack when she put the happy hoodie on him, and that she'd make a note to not put it on him in the future. When my husband dropped our dog off, he told them not to put the hoodie on. Apparently he went back a minute later to retrieve something and overheard the groomer complaining to her co-workers about it, which is totally unprofessional. This concerned me as I want to make sure my dog is in good hands, so I called the groomer to speak to her myself. After speaking with her, I was still concerned about leaving him there so I called back 5 min later to let them know we'd be picking him up and not to groom him. When my husband picked him up, he said the groomer just handed him our dog and didn't say "sorry it didn't work out" or anything at all. Had a bad experience with Kourtnie. From the morning when I dropped off my dog she complained about her back and how unhappy she is at her work. 3,5 hours later she called me and told me that she needs to shave my dogs leg fully due to knots. I knew the conditions was not that bad and shaving is not necessary. The previous groomer, she used to take care of the knots without shaving but add a little extra charge and I was fine with that. Well kourtnie refused to do that, after 10 minutes on the phone, she talked very rudely and refused to do the haircut on my shih tzu. After all she charged me $60 for just a bath and my dog has ear infection ever since. Already dispute the charge, asked to speak with the owner but she never called me. read more

It was a little hard to get an appointment but I called a few days in a row until someone was able to pick up and when I was able to schedule, they were nice about it. Check in was a tiny bit awkward since they don't allow people inside (employees only sign in the door) and there's not exactly a receptionist to check you in so if you're a new customer and don't know their process you might stand there until someone notices you. There isn't a clear discussion on what service options you are booking over the phone in terms of there packages and I didn't see any signage in person (maybe I didn't look around well enough) but if you ask they will tell you but they are a very busy location so it can feel rushed.
