Diana has been grooming our old english sheepdog ever since she was a little pup. OESs can be a challenge to groom considering all the hair, but Diana has always been patient, gentle, and thorough with our Tuppence. This has involved various stages of matting through the years and each time Diana works through it all, even getting the little matts between toe pads that Tuppy tends to get. No one other than Diana can approach Tuppy with a brush and we cannot imagine taking her to anyone else. She always comes home happy and looking beautiful and has received so many compliments through the years. I explained to the girl he had dreads and his nails are so long he almost hurt his foot . She squeezed me in the next morning . Less than 3 hours Teddy was groomed happy & looked so cute! My 9 yr old Bernese is terrified of grooming but when I came to pick her up she was sitting on the floor in front of the door just happily waiting for me like nothing happened. She was so clean and fluffy, trimmed to perfection and happy. This has never happened. We have a 9 month old mini golden doodle named Rocky. We loved his furry fluffy coat and let it grow pretty long and needed to get a trim. We were afraid that a groomer would cut all of his hair off. We have seen so many shaved doodles after the groomer, so we started asking around and a friend who also has a golden doodle recommended North Beach Pampered Pets. Heather did an amazing job and made him even fluffier! A couple months later it was time to give him a hair cut. Our dog had some tangles and matted fur and again was afraid the groomer would shave him down. We dropped our dog off at her nice new location and nervously waiting for news that he was done. We picked up our dog and we're so satisfied with the results! We will no longer be nervous when dropping off our dog, knowing he will be in good hands and be well taken care of.
