I wish I could give Crystal a better review, but I'm disappointed with her Customer Service & Attendance. I scheduled a Date and Time with her since my Mom wanted to pay for my Dog's Bath and she was in town visiting. I provided her with my Mom's phone # so she can call my Mom the day of the Appointment since I was working. About 1 Hour after the scheduled Time, I texted my mom to see how my Dog's Bath went she said that Crystal never showed up. I then texted Crystal asking what happened and Crystal said she didn't have my "Apartment # or Phone #". I messaged Crystal in advanced my mom's phone #, my Address, and to please call my Mom so they can coordinate a Meeting spot. Address was already provided and if Crystal couldn't find where I lived, she could've looked on our Yelp messages to find the Phone #. She claimed she waited "20 minutes" and I just found that odd, because my Husband said he left the house around the scheduled time she was supposed to come and he said he didn't even see a Mobile Groomer anywhere. He assumes she was probably at the wrong Area, but if that SHE COULD HAVE EASILY MESSAGED ME ON YELP or CALLED MY MOM, as requested. When I asked for her to come back she said "I'll text you in a few min OK when I'm done shopping which will be very soon I just have to pay for my groceries now I will head over if that's not good I can't do this appointment because I live in San Clemente it was already a far drive for me". I immediately said never mind. I felt like I was bothering her when she was the one who didn't do her due diligence to make this schedule happen. As a Mom, who works full time, and can barely afford this was really happy to have found Crystal and that my mom was okay with helping my Dog get pampered, but now, I have to keep looking for a RESPECTFUL & DEPENDENT Groomer. It's like finding a Baby Sitter, you have to find someone who's trust worthy and values your time as much as you value theirs'. I gave her 2 Stars for being friendly in the beginning. We had our first doggie wash with Crystal today. Great job! . We have 2 English bullies, Vito is 4 and weighs 70 lbs, and Max is 11 and weighs 80 lbs. They are a handful, but Crystal took charge and got them bathed well. She was on time and they look great! They liked her so much they wanted to climb back into her van! It saves me from getting hurt and my dog the anxiety of going. I've used crystal most of the year and she has gotten popular so get your appts set in advance to make it easier for yourself. We have a very... hard to bathe dog. (14-year-old Jindo who is 65 pounds and is scared of new people. He certainly is not a fan of baths, nail trims, etc. When I asked for a quote, I made sure to say it was okay with me for her to use a muzzle. Crystal got to our home and took care of business. Yes she had to muzzle him, she had the supplies and I'd given her the green light. She got his nails trimmed too. They destroyed my Pom! Shaved him to the skin (which you can't do because they freeze) shaved his freaking TAIL, and the cut is super uneven. I don't recall other groomers plugging into our outlet but I may be wrong. They showed up in a beater van and never responded to my concerns. Do NOT trust these people with knowing what professionals do. I will give them enough to say they are making ends meet by doing a job. Be specific. I will say upfront we asked at the end for them to leave the dog at the house after the last 30 minutes - which we could have salvaged. My bad. But they also showed up almost 2 hours late. I n fact. I was very impressed with how fast this business responded to my initial request. They offered me a quote thru Yelp and arrived on time to the appointment that was scheduled. My rescue pug instantly warmed up to the groomer and after the grooming session my dog looked and smelled great. I was also more impressed with the nail trim than what was done at my vets office. For the price my vet charged for nail trim this company provided a bath, ear cleaning and nail care for my dog. It's a no frills mobile grooming service so don't expect uniformed groomers and your pet returned with bows on and painted nails. I will certainly use this business again. read more

Crystal seems like a nice enough person. I wish I had a better review. I had to remind her to do the "gland thing." I certainly don't blame anyone for not wanting to. My biggest disappointment -which unfortunately I did not realize until she had left, and I'd tipped her- is the irregular (to say the least) job on one of my dog's ears.
