we took our 5 month old yorkie for her first grooming. we were very nervous that she would come back completely shaved... when walking into Fluffy Paws we were greeted with friendly faces, I explained what we wanted and showed a picture of what we were looking for. I was able to text the picture directly to them for reference. They told me it would be about 2.5 hours. During that 2.5 hours I received updates and pictures including reassurance that my puppy was doing great. When arriving to pick her up they were finishing up with her. The stylist was extremely gental and detailed .. our puppy looked adorable and had the teddy bear style just like we asked. we are so grateful we found such a great place for our fur baby! read more

Took my Husky there for the 2nd time. Excellent service and he is so happy when I pick him up.

Woof woof! 10 woofs out of 10! Fluffy Paws is the best! From the moment we walked in, Laura and Hannah greeted Osito with so much love and kindness. They did an amazing job, and I'm so happy with how handsome he looks! You've earned customers for life. Don't hesitate to reach out and schedule an appointment. You won't regret it! Thank you both so very much! Osito says he's not only handsome, but he's "muy guapo!" read more

If I could give 10 stars, I would! My pups not only look good, but you can tell they feel good too. Just to preface: this is my first time scheduling a professional grooming appointment so I wasn't entirely sure what I was looking for, but they were extremely helpful and kind, so they helped me pick the right grooming package for my pups. They are extremely well-priced compared to other grooming studios that charge you an arm and a leg. We're extremely happy and will be back again! read more

The owners of Fluffy Paws are experienced. In fact, we followed them to this location from a previous pet salon. I would give them 10 stars - that is how good they are. The place is clean and smells nice. My cat, doesn't love being groomed, but Gus (who gets a Lion cut) isn't afraid of the staff here. We also have our Aussie groomed here as well! read more

Long overdue review! We moved to the area earlier this year and needed a groomer for our dog that requires a little extra handling. Hannah and the Fluffy Paws staff have always gone above and beyond in caring for our girl and given us such peace of mind when we drop her off! Even for a simple Wash + Nails they treat our dog with such care and love and even though she hates baths she's excited to see her friends! Cannot recommend Fluffy Paws enough! read more

This was our first time using Fluffy Paws and they did a great job grooming our dog. Having a larger Pomeranian we are no strangers to needing grooming to keep his thick coat under control. Hannah did a great job and we were very pleased with the results! Their text message system kept us updated as well throughout the process. We will definitely be back! read more

I took my goldendoodle to Fluffy Paws today to get him groomed. We just moved to the area and did not know where to go after we were told he was too distracted & no longer accepted at the local Petsmart. This was never an issue before. We were advised to take him to his original groomer but she was an hour away. I'm so happy that I found Hannah because she took great care of my dog. He came in with 3 months worth of hair growth that was hard to manage at home. They were able to accommodate him as the last appointment of the day and he wasn't a wiggly terror. he returned cute and smelled lovely. Thank you for taking care of my curious puppy. read more

Fluffy Paws Grooming Studio saved the day for my wife and I. Our rescue schnauzer is 12 years old and recently developed a huge fear of groomers. We tried some mobile groomers and none of them were able to settle him down. We explained his challenges to the Fluffy Paws team who took their time in helping to calm him down. They were able to give him a bath and full grooming. I highly recommend them and truly appreciate how kind they were to us and our dog. read more

Fluffy Paws Grooming groomed my nearly 17 year old maltipoo today! They did such a great job with her! She has dementia, doesn't see or hear well and bites when anyone tries to groom her head. They worked through her issues and did a great job! They also communicated throughout the appointment as necessary and are reasonably priced! They are definitely our new groomer! I highly recommend them! read more

Just visited this new salon and my experience was seamless from start to finish! This is coming from someone who's tried several groomers.. Hannah & Laura are skilled, detail oriented and more importantly, they care about the safety & needs of my Richie. I booked online and was happy to see that prices were extremely fair. For my shih poo I opted for the 02 tidy for a quick clean up. Hannah & Laura were easily available to answer any questions I had. After entering the salon I was in awe of each detail - from the sparkling clean lobby to the cutest photo area, I had no doubt that my sweet pup Richie was going to be well taken care of. I got a text that he was ready for pickup in about 3 hrs. The end result was even better!!!! Seriously so freaking cute. My pup didn't appear stressed or anxious at all when I picked him up. TLDR; super easy booking, A+ communication, stunning clean environment & picture perfect results -- highly recommend! read more

I was greeted by a very nice young lady who was very inquisitive to what exactly I wanted done with my dogs and gave me suggestions to help me decide what look I wanted. The person never tried to upsell me on additional things but only offered suggestions that were actually free to make my dog look pleasing to me. In addition, she gave me additional discount since it was my first time having my dogs there. The finished result was excellent, both of the dogs came out looking beautiful, very neat and clean. In addition to the cleaning, I requested that they please put some ear drops in my one dog's ear due to infection which they kindly did with no charge. When I came to pick up the dogs, both dogs were very happy as they have a great environment for the dogs at their facility. Not only were they the best price, but they the only one with a five-star yelp review, now I know why. read more

I took my Westie to Fluffy Paws Grooming in Mission Viejo for the first time today and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. My pup can be a little nervous with grooming, but they handled her with such gentle care and patience. She came out looking absolutely adorable and exactly how we wanted her cut with her pink little ears showing. If you're looking for a groomer that treats your furry friend like family and truly knows how to pamper pups, I highly recommend Fluffy Paws. We'll definitely be coming back! read more

Great place for a dog grooming, friendly staff that really cares for your dog. Libby always looks great after her grooming.

We're so happy to have found our new groomers for Brobee! We've been to Hannah twice now and her work is amazing. Brobee comes out looking like a star every time Scheduling an appointment with them online is super easy and you get text reminders! They're super caring to all the dogs! Our previous groomer trimmed Brobee's nail way too short and when I brought up the issue to Hannah, she reassured me that she would not trim those toes and would only trim the ones that were long. I also like Brobee's ears and tail cut a certain way and it was easy communicating what I want to them in person and text! Can't wait for his next groom read more

You can tell when groomers really like dogs, and these guys do! It feels less like a grooming appointment and more like a play date. I was recommended to this place by one of my friends and I am obsessed. We have looked for a good professional groomer that knows how to groom Shelties in the typical breed specific style. Shelties are NOT the easiest to maintain - especially in regard to their "body coat - feathers & ears". Fluffy Paws did a FANTASTIC job on our two Shelties. They both have never looked so good! They were professional, kind and their conduct inspired confidence in our hopes to find a grooming "home" for our two Shelties. read more

Super happy with this place! I've taken Oliver to several different groomers in the area and I just wasn't happy. He'd come back choppy or even nicked. I understand that if they're wiggly it can happen, but after I took my pup here I'm not sure how the other places struggled! Hannah did an excellent job with him. I got the Luxe package with the mud bath add on and he was SOO soft after. His skin is sensitive because he has environmental allergies, and I felt like he definitely benefitted from the add-ons in the luxe bath and the mud mask. His haircut was really well done and Hannah fulfilled all my requests (ears short, half trim of the body, some length off his tail). When I came to pick him up, he was very happy and seemed well taken care of. He was fairly relaxed on the car ride home, despite cars not being his favorite. I personally took this as a positive, because I feel it means he wasn't too stressed out at the groomer and was able to settle. Coming back from other groomers, he was always so anxious. The inside of the salon is clean and well maintained and I felt comfortable leaving him there. Also absolutely lovedd the mini photoshoot they did with him in their themed corner. Will definitely be bringing him back and recommending this place to my coworkers (mini note, Oliver's tail was dyed by myself, not Fluffy Paws! he also has a square patch that was shaved by the vet prior to his groom) read more
