The person never tried to upsell me on additional things but only offered suggestions that were actually free to make my dog look pleasing to me. In addition, she gave me additional discount since it was my first time having my dogs there. The finished result was excellent, both of the dogs came out looking beautiful, very neat and clean. In addition to the cleaning, I requested that they please put some ear drops in my one dog's ear due to infection which they kindly did with no charge. When I came to pick up the dogs, both dogs were very happy as they have a great environment for the dogs at their facility. Brobee comes out looking like a star every time Scheduling an appointment with them online is super easy and you get text reminders! They're super caring to all the dogs! Super happy with this place! I've taken Oliver to several different groomers in the area and I just wasn't happy. He'd come back choppy or even nicked. I understand that if they're wiggly it can happen, but after I took my pup here I'm not sure how the other places struggled! Hannah did an excellent job with him. I got the Luxe package with the mud bath add on and he was SOO soft after. His skin is sensitive because he has environmental allergies, and I felt like he definitely benefitted from the add-ons in the luxe bath and the mud mask. His haircut was really well done and Hannah fulfilled all my requests (ears short, half trim of the body, some length off his tail). When I came to pick him up, he was very happy and seemed well taken care of. He was fairly relaxed on the car ride home, despite cars not being his favorite. I personally took this as a positive, because I feel it means he wasn't too stressed out at the groomer and was able to settle. Coming back from other groomers, he was always so anxious. The inside of the salon is clean and well maintained and I felt comfortable leaving him there. Also absolutely lovedd the mini photoshoot they did with him in their themed corner. Will definitely be bringing him back and recommending this place to my coworkers (mini note, Oliver's tail was dyed by myself, not Fluffy Paws! he also has a square patch that was shaved by the vet prior to his groom) read more
