When we got there, Teddy was too nervous and as soon as she picked him up, he pooped! I felt so bad but Keeley just laughed and tried so hard to make my dog feel comfortable. My dog has some kind of anxiety issue and when I met Keeley, I already knew that Teddys in good hands! I told Keeley what kind of haircut I wanted, things about Teddy, etc. I could tell Keeley truly cares about dogs and she will treat your dogs just like hers! She did such an amazing job with my little man Teddy and I was so impressed; perfect nails, poofy tails, his body hair looked so even, and oh my god, Teddy smelled so good for days!!! I think that for this kind of amazing job and the fact that my dog doesn't need to wait on me in the cage for hours, this price is very reasonable. She does not care at all even if the dogs are scared or trembling. She just sighs or ignores them. Also, when she takes care of check-ins and appointments at the counter, she is extremely slow and takes FOREVER to do everything. Her attitude is really bad too like it is our fault for asking lol Once, we asked her something about the treatments my dog usually gets, (but SHE DID NOT EVEN KNOW that they have that treatment) and she said "We don't do that" or "We don't have that" and explained us why for a few minutes with a lot of sighs. But later, another trimmer came and told us "We can do that." In addition, we asked if we could make an appointment after 4, but she told us they couldn't do that because they start getting ready to close at 4pm, even though the store closes at 7. Seriously? What do you even do for those 3 hours? She has NO KNOWLEDGE, NO SKILL, and NO GOOD ATTITUDE. I hope she had at least one of those. I really do not understand how she got this job.

At drop off, she never mentioned that my dog was matted nor quoted me a price. My pet was dropped off at 9am per the appointment. He was not ready untill 4pm. with a $5 tip, (not diserved) the cut cost me $100. on top of that she had cut my dog with blades on his left side, i found newly blood stains on his side when i got home. No mention that she had nicked him on his side. The photo is the after, as blood had dried up. will not be back.
