Employee is always so welcoming and helpful! Never a bad experience yet. They have what seems like endless options of holistic and homeopathic treatments and meds available in store, and clean-ingredient food brands. The toys and treats are also in great supply! And if you need a place to bathe your dog (or cat if you're brave enough for that!), THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! Seriously. They have two separate PRIVATE bathing rooms with everything that you could need! :) Shampoos, Conditioners, ear cleaning solution and cotton balls, treats for after the bath, a silicone scrubber, a double powered dryer, clean towels (like, actually clean- unlike some other places I've personally been to), even aprons to help keep you yourself from getting a bath in the process. And immediately after each room is used, it's THOROUGHLY cleaned for the next guest. Current price is $15/pet- this includes the use of everything in the rooms. Each employee is trained by a veterinarian for so many hours each year too, so they each have a great deal of knowledge for recommendations on products and medications if help is needed in finding the right product for your furry friend. 10/10 and then some, I'd recommend this business to any four legged owner. :) Also! Pets are welcome and encouraged to tag along for your shopping visits! :)

Chloe's the real MVP: she grinds their nails (for a little extra--worth it), cleans teeth, ears, does the full spa day, and somehow keeps Westley from turning into a dramatic diva. The guy hates baths, hates strangers, hates being away from me--but Chloe? She talks to him like he's royalty, never rushes, and somehow gets him to sit still for a manicure without a single yelp ( pun totally intended) Seriously, tho if dogs could write reviews, Westley would give her six stars. Go see Chloe--you'll come home with a dog who feels like a Rock Star! It's so easy to find parking, and make an appointment a day or two ahead, or call to see if you can get a walk in appointment.

We only buy Lupine collars because of their lifetime guarantee - even if she chews it. The place is absolutely adorable! It's in the lower level of this two story blue duplex in downtown Fairhope. Walking in, we saw a decent selection of collars and leads. They carried Lupine as well as several other brands. The lady working was very kind and helped us choose a martingale collar that would fit her, and of course, she had to have a matching lead. The collars and leads were priced average for the brands - actually less expensive than some of the collars at chain pet stores (without lifetime guarantees). On the other side of the shop they had several washing stations, and even a drying station. I didn't push my luck with the whole "Jasmine, let's take a bath" thing since she was behaving at the moment, but the tubs were nice and roomy and had sprayers with long cords. It looked like a great place to bathe a dog. They provide the shampoo for the baths as well. The dryer costs a little extra, but I believe it was only a few dollars more. I did notice a little assortment of treats by the register, and a sign for some super special dog cake mix. This is a great place to check out with your soulmutt. I would definitely recommend it.

My wife proceeded to drive to the Debra's after 5:00pm to find our dog yet to be cut. We were told she had an accident and had to be bathed again, but where was the communication earlier about this?
