I didn't find the perfect one but I did discover some new treats that Miss Princess is crazy about. Well if I could give a zero, I would. Walked in just to check out the animals. They had a couple of cute cats up for adoption, but then we walked over to another enclosure with the ferrets. The sign says under observation... well it was a horrible observation. I have never seen any animals in such a poor living environment in a pet store. There were 3 ferrets, all sleeping in a corner. The rest of the enclosure was disgusting. Fecal matter every where and flies! Flies create what?... eventually maggots. Just gross!! There were a few employees on the floor stocking. The floor was also covered with pallets to be stocked, barely could get through aisles. Just horrible!! read more

Worst customer service. Refused to sell us 10 fish once we got there, yet they were getting them ready when we spoke to them over the phone. Made up some excuse about it being a policy that the recipients have to be present when purchasing. Our Vacation Bible School kid's will be disappointed because we promised them all fish and had their parents sign waivers as well as wasted money purchasing food and fish bowls for each student. Go to Pet Supermarket instead if you are in need for pet help. They are super helpful and nice! read more

I choose Petco for its proximity to my house and they typically have what I need in stock. I place orders online and like to choose curbside so I don't have to get the kids out of the car. This store is always so understaffed. When I don't place an order online, I always have to walk around to find an employee for checkout. Curbside pickup takes a minimum of 10 minutes (and that's on a good day) just to get them on the phone, be told to hang on, then finally answer to tell them who you are, then wait for them to bring it out. The employees are always kind but management needs to do better. If I didn't like their cat litter so much I'd go elsewhere. read more

Nice store ..we were looking for another cat tree as the other one bit the dust and we need two..anyway looked at a few stores in Foley..nothing really so I looked online and called this Petco..The guy said they had a lot so we drove over and they do have a lot but most are smaller and we wanted one put together..Found one that is perfect for infront of window all put together..one of the guys carried it to the front for us and out to our car..the staff here is very friendly and the cashier was really sweet.. next time we will have more time to check the rest of the store out but traffic is nuts now so wanted to get home.. read more

Happy, caring experience for Max each time he goes for a bath! When we walk in Petco, he gets excited and his little stubby tail starts wagging 90 mph! He knows he is going to see Brittany, Michelle or Ashley!!!! Brittany is his special friend, his teacher/trainer, my guidance!!! Michelle primarily expertly, lovingly grooms Max. Ashley sweetly grooms sometimes. We have visited so much that Max feels at home here! Max is 4 months old and has been visiting the sweet Petco ladies since he was 7 weeks old. We go to pet store for three things: hooves, treats and clothes. Compared to the other local pet stores, the hooves are smaller for the same price. Like most pet stores, in addition to hooves, they carry antlers and other animal chews. Petco has the best treats! Jazzy is very finicky when it comes to dog treats. I guess Milkbones are about as appetizing to her as a McDonald's hamburger is to me. Petco has an awesome doggie cookie bar where you pick out the cookies you want, fill your bag, and pay by the pound. They're not expensive either. The "chocolate chip" cookies are her very favorite. They even look like human cookies. The Jazz likes to wear clothes when she goes out in public. I can relate. Petco never seems to have clothes large enough to fit her and she's only 43 pounds. They do have a nice selection of clothes for smaller dogs and jewelry to match. They have pet adoptions from the local animal rescue, so if you're searching for a soulmutt, go by on a Saturday afternoon. Saving the best thing for last - their new charity, Helping Heroes. They provide service dogs for veterans and you can make a donation with your purchase. read more

Second time to use Petco Daphne AL. Same experience both times. Mixup with services second time. They were very accommodating.
