Every table had a dog being groom. They appeared well organized. One groomer held Scout while another clipped her nails. While they didnt buff or polish we were very happy with job and allowing us to drop in. We were in and out in 5 minutes. On the down side but definitely not a show stopper the shop was on the noisy side. But it was a happy noise of dogs and groomers.

Now pay attention to the time my daughter received a return call saying that she's ready at 3:51 ... Not even 30 mins later. The appointment was for a full groom service from head to toe. I know it should have at least taken and hour. The whole haircut is choppy, and so far. I've counted at least 5 bald spots. I'm not one to bash anyone's business. Because that's a person's livelihood, but she's very unprofessional. She was not understanding and she was defensive and had an excuse about everything and why her grooming looks the way that it does. After about 20 mins of going back and forth with no apologies just excuses I finally said I will never bring her back and have a blessed day. They smelled fresh but not perfumed I appreciate this because one has asthma. 2) my nervous dog was very calm and both were very happy and relaxed. I feel like they felt at ease and cared for. That's a win win! Be sure to bring cash or check because they don't accept credit cards. Parking right in front is easy and there is a strip of grassy area between parking and road where they can relieve themselves before and after their spa day.

I was worried he had a corneal abrasion. I took him to the vet the next day. He had bilateral eye infections, bilateral ear infections, an infection under his chin and the vet treated his gash above the eye. Not to mention he lost NINE pounds!! He also slept for 12 hours straight. He seemed traumatized. $171 vet bill. He has been to different camps for even longer periods of time, and I have never experienced this mistreatment of my dog. I tried calling the owner Holly, but she was out of town I was told. We did communicate via email, and she agreed to pay $65 for part of the vet bill. She said the infections were not from her facility. It is conjunctivitis! Its highly contagious! Of course, it was from them. Holly should have communicated what was going on with my dog. The infection in the eyes was obvious. They wiped his eyes when I got there. Holly, you need to communicate with the owners better. See the pictures attached. They were taken as soon as we got home.

The ladies who work there are so kind and always make me feel completely comfortable leaving my dogs with them. Mine are always happy to go back with them, which says a lot! They do an incredible job on my two spaniels' haircuts--easily the best cuts they've ever had. With spaniels, regular grooming is a must, and I've tried several places before finding C & S. This one's by far the best. Their prices are great too. Highly recommend!

Just now putting the pieces together months later, after talking to one of my groomer friends, that…read morethey had my extremely anxious husky (I immensely expressed my concerns for her and told them how anxious she is UPFRONT) .....they put her in a cage dryer in the back. When I picked her up, she smelt and looked worse than when I dropped her off. She had rust on her face from trying to get out of the cage in the back, was still half wet and nails were not clipped....... If they felt as if she was too much to handle they should have let me know. I would've gladly took her somewhere else. instead I paid for the grooming, tipped, and paid extra for them to get her done "quicker" ...... I would NOT RECOMMEND goinghere if you have a dog that requires actual work. One of my biggest regrets is leaving my dog in that shop that day.
