I've been taking my dog here for about 6 months now, and I love it! I adopted my puppy in July, and he started at walks and wags in august. He was very shy. They've done a great job bringing him out of his shell and making him comfortable. I've noticed such an improvement in his behavior even only going to daycare once a week. Everyone that works here is always so friendly and know my dog very well. They send special photos around the holidays which are so cute. I've boarded my dog once, only for a night, but that went great also! I have no complaints!! I like how daycare isn't just the dogs in a room all day. There's training, enrichment, socializing, and spa time lol! It's DEFINITELY worth the price. read more

My Yorkiepoo absolutely loves Walks and Wags and so do I! When we arrive, he cannot wait to get out of his car seat into the arms of one of the amazing trainers. They love him too just as they do all of their other canines. I enjoy watching them get other pups back to their humans...it's such a happy place with everyone smiling. They instinctively know what each pup needs and they communicate with you which I love. Every trainer is professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and must stay in up to date training. Cindie, the owner, is actively involved and knows each pup and their humans. Was very disappointed as when I set up the initial appt I was clear that our 11month old puppy/dog had very little acclimation to other dogs. Within 2 hours of drop off, the trainer called and asked us to come get him because he seemed anxious. She did not give specifics, just that he was barking frequently and was 'stiff' around the other dogs, whatever that means. In the weeks prior to the assessment day I had several calls with the intake staff while ensuring all records were there, etc., and based on reviews, website and conversations I felt this team would work to help get our puppy acclimated and not just walk away. I understand the intake fee of $60 was non refundable but one would think there would be a better plan than ask me to come back in just two hours.... Only offer was - bring him in a couple of days a week for a couple of hours per day... not feasible for us. Also when asked why would we bring him and what he would gain, crickets.... Only answer was so he would be less anxious. We have not had issues with our dog associating with humans, in fact most strangers are surprised at his friendly and loving nature. Even took him to a festival last month with a large crowd and he had a blast.... Anyway, my recommendation - ask more questions before you ever walk through the gates... but oh wait... YOU can't only your pet can... I even asked to see the facility in advance and we told they don't do that.... Should've been a red flag... there will not be a next time read more

My dogs have been going to walks and wags for over 14 years and they love Cindie and Larry and all of the wonderful staff at Walks and Wags. They treat my dogs like family and treat me like family. They bathe the dogs every day before they come home and also groom them monthly so I do not need to take them on the weekends. They do arts and crafts and all types of activities. They also post pictures of all of the dogs and the different birthday parties and holiday events they celebrate. I cannot thank them enough for loving my dogs as much as I do and taking such wonderful care of them. Definitely would recommend them to anyone that wants first rate service and care! Did you know that Walks and Wags has a fantastic groomer? We brought our Standard Poodle there for the first time and we were more than pleased! Katie Colvin is the groomer and she did an excellent job on Marcello! You should know that this establishment is very thorough and their attention to detail is amazing. We arrived for "drop off" and Katie greeted us with a big smile and kind words for our doggie. Your dog will need to be up to date on shots, etc. and of course on a leash. We are looking forward to trying out daycare and of course boarding in the future. This is a true gem for dog lovers! Here are some grooming details. Marcello kept his topknot and ears, with Katie blending everything in perfectly. His topknot looks and feels like velvet! She cleaned out his ears and took his coat down to a summer length. His paws are clean and nails are trimmed! We are so pleased with the job that she did! I have had Standards for 10 years and must admit this is the best pet style groom Marcello has ever had! This is THE best doggie daycare/overnight boarding place my dog has ever stayed. My parents send their dogs there every week so when I'm in town mine goes too. He loves it there. He always comes home exhausted and often times with a craft he's made. (He's an artistic genius.) Cindie is the best. Katie also gives the best haircut Monkey has ever had. He's stayed in $100 a night places in LA, Chicago, Seattle and Portland and there has never been a place I trust and love even half as much as Walks & Wags. As it's been nearly three years since I began using Walks and Wags, I thought I would update my review. Heather is still our (AMAZING) pet sitter who walks my dogs when I am out of town on business. She also feeds and cares for my guinea pigs when we travel. I could not ask for a more caring, engaged, detail-oriented person to care for my pets. When my husband and I travel together, the dogs go to Walks and Wags to board and play with their friends. They love it there, and I am completely comfortable knowing that the staff is so wonderful and there is always someone on site. I cannot recommend them enough. read more
