I wasn't gonna post at first but when I took her back to physically show them I did get an apology with no future resolution or discounts ( not that she will be going back ) she whined to stay for doggy daycare which I obliged but that will be the last interaction with them. She basically said she used the wrong blade and what she was given was a schnauzer cut and basically stated thats what it was supposed to look like ! It was uneven and all. Think they offered a discount on future service or I received a follow up call ? Nope ! And paid 100.00 . Only reason I paid is because they have you pay before you see your baby !I was initially gonna give a little mercy but no ! Learned my lesson!!!!!!

We had an appointment scheduled at the Saraland location for tomorrow for our pupppys broken leg to be fixed, confirmed it at 3:30 today (even though the text says that we didn't answer) and then received the following text that was sent at 6:30 pm for an appointment tomorrow morning at 8am at a totally different vet they chose for us! I believe purposely giving us no time to make arrangements. HORRIBLE PEOPLE! Yeah, they really have the animals best interest in mind! Everything happens for a reason and I am glad they showed their true colors before laying a hand on my fur baby! DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR ANIMAL TO ANY OF THESE VETS! Hello James, this is REHM Animal Clinic. We tried calling earlier but could not reach you. Dr. Barry wanted us to reach out to you due to the circumstances that happened yesterday, we felt that it was everyone's best interest that we schedule Whiskeys consult with a partnered vet. That appointment has been scheduled for you tomorrow morning with Dr. Stevens at Theodore Vet Clinic. We are sending over Whiskeys radiograph and records from the visit yesterday. They would appreciate if you could get there between 8-9am, that way if surgery is needed, they can get it done that same day. We appreciate your understanding!

My daughter dropped her off before 10:00 am we hadn't received a call or and update so my daughter called 3:38 at that time she was told that they havent gotten to my puppy yet, they had a lot of dogs. Now pay attention to the time my daughter received a return call saying that she's ready at 3:51 ... Not even 30 mins later. The appointment was for a full groom service from head to toe. I know it should have at least taken and hour. The whole haircut is choppy, and so far. I've counted at least 5 bald spots. I'm not one to bash anyone's business. Because that's a person's livelihood, but she's very unprofessional. She was not understanding and she was defensive and had an excuse about everything and why her grooming looks the way that it does. After about 20 mins of going back and forth with no apologies just excuses I finally said I will never bring her back and have a blessed day. I will wish I had a way to post pictures to show what the out come was. Then was very unsympathetic and rude. Sorry I see I can post proof

I try to withhold negative reviews as much as possible, but I really can't be silent on this one…read more We brought our pups here when our usual place closed down and were so sorry for it we feel it may have ruined our pups for all boarding now. When we arrived to drop them off, the staff wasn't friendly or inviting, which should have been our tell-all. Walking back to the kennel, it was dark, cold, uninviting, and sad. The worst part was picking them up. We arrived early, which gave us the true picture of their time there. They were so frantic to get out of there, they weren't happy to see us, but instead blazed past us for the front door like they were trying to escape. We've never seen them act this way. Despite having "outdoor access" their beds and blankets smelled so badly of pet waste we had to discard them, and they were having to lay in that filth and stink because they seemed to have had nowhere else to go. They also had never been given their toys or treats. The staff was as cold and unfriendly as when we left them, we should have run for our lives and never ever left our babies there.
