They took great care of my 2 pups during December. They also were able to give one of my dogs Bordetella when he arrived.

Very friendly owner and staff. Facilities were clean and I would highly recommend if you need to board your 4 legged family member.

Boarded my 3 Dogs for the 1st time here and never again. My dog was scared to go outside and staff…read moredragged her all the way 2 the door by leash choking her with a collar rather then get her harness my dogs never wear collars. she has issues with her knees have the video to prove it when they saw it all they could say is they have had multiple reports with this same person and then says but don't worry she's back in training when I was assured staff was already fully trained. My dogs slept in playroom since they always stay together, I asked if I should bring their beds and was told it was not necessary cots or pallets would be provided but if I wanted to bring something from home like a blanket or toy to have a familiar scent so I provided their blankets. One of my dogs is 15yrs old and has health issues and as I said my other dog has issues with her knees and they were forced to sleep on the concrete floor with only their blankets I brought. Also wanted to bring their huge bowl they drink out of and is enough for 3 dogs and was again told not too they had plenty of bowls. I have videos showing only one small bowl for my three babies to share was there at closing till someone came in on the weekend the next day. When I made multiple complaints finally a pail was brought in which I was told they should have had from the start. I made my complaints and was told that management would be talked to and they would mention compensation because they agreed I didn't not get the services for my dogs that I was assured I would and the incident with dragging my dog was wrong. I waited over a mth and no one ever got back to me I reached out today and was told it was not mandatory to provide cots or make pallets well why the heck didn't you say that and let me bring my fur babies beds when I asked instead of saying you would provide that and refusing their bowl. I was told no compensation and that there were two bowls in there when I have proof there was 1 and why did they bring a pail in then when I complained? Plus more than anything dragging my terrified baby. I will never board my animals there again since it's excuses and no accountability. To say you sent the same person u have had problems with before since multiple complaints about them from other people back to training after it took me showing I had the video of my fur baby being dragged. That person shouldn't even be allowed to work there if it's not just me complaining. Just terrible and I hate to have to post this but it's necessary. I will not say that no one there is good because that's not true. There are some staff that truly love the animals but unfortunately this took place and ruins it for the good ones.

Noah's Barks & Purrs - Stella pouncing

Noah's Barks & Purrs

PLEASE! PLEASE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO NOAH'S BARK AND PURRS!…read more On 17 May, at 8:55 a.m. , I took our little 18 month old Shih Tzu/ Bichon Frise' mix, to Noah's Bark and Purrs to be groomed. He was matted but not horribly. I was told by Stormy that he would have to be shaved down, and i was also asked to sign a waiver, because shaving mats can cause or reveal injuries. Stormy stated that pictures would be taken to show how he was matted, after being shaved. At 1:47 p.m. , I texted to see how our little fur baby was doing, Stormy replied that he was doing well and that they would call shortly. After being notified to pick up our baby, when arrived Stormy came out later and began showing me the pictures. Not one time did she mention his injury, as she was scrolling through the pictures, I saw the pic with our baby and a bloody cut on the left cranial region. She explained that this happens when a dog is matted and gets shaved. Then, she brought out our little fella. He had this glue substance over his cut and it was still bloody around the area. She stated that she didn't realize that she had injured him because he didn't make a sound. She stated that our little baby was okay and that I should take him home and let him rest, because she had spoken with the Vet about his injury and that the Vet instructed her to cover our little fella with the glue substance. We later learned that the Vet was not working, but has been retired for several years. I told her that I would like for our fur baby to be seen by his Vet, to take a look at his injury. Stormy stated that it was not necessary; because he's going to be fine and that I would incur a Vet bill. I don't understand why she said that she didn't hear him make a sound when he ended up receiving 5 stitches- believe our poor baby yelped with an injury as such. First, I was NEVER notified, prior to picking him up, that our poor baby had incurred an injury during grooming. I did not realize he was injured until I saw the pictures. Secondly, Stormy made excuses that this is something that happens, and she never did apologize- only more excuses, and how she has 20 years experience. Thirdly, if it was a serious injury why would she called a Retired Vet for instructions and why wasn't we notified. Upon leaving Noah's Bark and Purrs, I immediately went straight to our baby's Vet, despite Stormy suggesting that I take him home to rest, upon arrival, his Vet, I explained what happened and they took him immediately and begin treating him. He was clipped and clean around the area, and soak the glue to remove it. Not to mentioned, our baby required FIVE STITCHES! We are so furious as to how this occurred from shaving a matted pet, and he was not severely matted! If I taken our fur baby home, he could incurred a serious infection and GOD knows what else. He also had a temperature of 101. I'm positive it was from the injury and stress which Stormy and her 20 years' experience incurred.

She responded well to the kind staff. The place itself is in an older strip mall, and when you walk inside it's quite spacious -- absolutely no stacked crates, and they clean often. They even washed Coco's bed and blanket for her. I will certainly be using them for future travel dates because I know my dog is in good hands here.
