Update, August 26, 2020: We arrived home from vacation late…read morein the evening of August 20th to notice our cat Buddy has a huge swollen cheek. The vet was closed, so we called first thing the next morning. They told us to bring him in at 11am since he didn't seem bothered by it and was eating well. However, an hour later, his cheek burst and blood was splattering out everywhere. We called them and told them, and they said bring him in. Due to Covid issues, we weren't allowed inside the building. We had to wait in our cars and call, and they came out to get him. She was very polite and genuinely sincere when she spoke. She took our little guy in and about 30 minutes later, brought him back out to us and explained what had happened. He had an abscess. She shaved his fur and regretfully trimmed his whiskers in order to clean the wound and give him stitches. She praised him for how calm and gentle he was throughout it all, and I could tell she enjoyed her job. I'm so thankful to have people like her to care for our fur baby. Original review: Doesn't look like much when you first go in. I'm pretty certain the decor and wallpaper is the same as it was whenever the building was first built a very long time ago, but the staff makes up for it completely. Everyone was so welcoming and warm. Wait time was minimal - maybe 15 minutes? But in all honesty, we arrived early so technically we were taken back to an exam room right on time with our actual appointment, if that makes sense. They were very gentle with our cat, Buddy, and did a thorough exam, including his yearly vaccines. He is a pretty chill cat, and didn't give them any problems. Overall visit was great, and we will continue to use this clinic. (This visit was our first!)
