I wasn't gonna post at first but when I took her back to physically show them I did get an apology with no future resolution or discounts ( not that she will be going back ) she whined to stay for doggy daycare which I obliged but that will be the last interaction with them. She basically said she used the wrong blade and what she was given was a schnauzer cut and basically stated thats what it was supposed to look like ! It was uneven and all. Think they offered a discount on future service or I received a follow up call ? Nope ! And paid 100.00 . Only reason I paid is because they have you pay before you see your baby !I was initially gonna give a little mercy but no ! Learned my lesson!!!!!!

I said a little and leave the tails that lady shaved my puppies all the way down in the middle and left all the hair one their legs and butt and arms this is by far the worst hair cut I ever seen on any dog. I'll be back with an update on how they choose to fix the issue. May I add I googled every teddy bear cut thats offered nothing looks like what they have done to my babies it's terrible.

" I told her I did not want to see his claws. His hair had never been cut or trimmed. He had the most beautiful feather hair, which should never be cut on a Cavalier. When I returned, all of his feather hair had been cut off. His back appears to be shaved, which means the feather hair will not grow back. When entering our truck, Molson slipped and ripped his declaw exposing the quick. We called the Small Animal Clinic, and they were able to see us that morning. The veterinarian promptly took Molson back for treatment. Within twenty minutes his exposed quick had been treated - and he was in much less pain. An hour later - allowing time for the bleeding to stop so the wound could be cleaned and wrapped - we were on our way!
