It is wonderful knowing that they are in the comfort of their home - safe, fed and loved on. In years past, we would take our cat and dog to the vet for boarding. Whenever we picked them up, it always took a few days for them to recover and get back to normal. Having her come to your house is a much better option - for them and for you!

I did ask her if she could cut their hair then not shave to close to skin OH NO that's cruel and I'm not going to put a dog through thatwell let me tell you something lady we have had a professional doing their grooming for 5 years snd he always knew how to professionally do their cut and dematt them. I understand they needed a lot of attention but I was willing to pay BUT THEY WERE SOOO rude I just walked out!!! Please don't take your fur babies to this place being RUDE is never a good sign. I don't even want to give 1 star. This place had good reviews from years ago WOW what happened!!! She even told me to take my dogs somewhere else!! Really! Please don't go to this place!!!!

She basically said she used the wrong blade and what she was given was a schnauzer cut and basically stated thats what it was supposed to look like ! It was uneven and all. Think they offered a discount on future service or I received a follow up call ? Nope ! And paid 100.00 . Only reason I paid is because they have you pay before you see your baby !I was initially gonna give a little mercy but no ! Learned my lesson!!!!!!

My bill was $204. Once I get there, I am told she has yeast in her ears and to give her children's claritin for breathing due to trachea. Last night, Boots was breathing was labored, she whined all night and did not want to sleep. I contacted ER med vet and was advised to give her claritin and follow up with my Vet. Today, I call at 11a and stated the obvious. Do you want to bring her back for an exam (additional charge). No, i am calling for further recommendation as i was there Friday and the claritin is not working. I am told I would receive a call back. Around 345p, I receive no call and contact them again. First, Noone remembered me calling, hence I was told about the call back without alerting anyone. After calling for the second time, holding for 15 minutes, I am told that there is no record from the visit on Friday and I would need to come in and recharge for another exam.... Needless to say, its a hard NO! I don't not recommend due to no records, additional charges, lack of care and customer service.

We took our sick senior dog to university to get an opinion about where she could be saved after she stopped eating. The vet was optimistic and willing to do a dental the same day as her teeth were awful, but they ran labs and she was just too sick and now looking at kidney failure. He said we could take her to a major hospital and maybe she could pull through and live a little longer, but we've been through a lot over the past year with her being in heart failure and we know she stayed with us longer than most dogs do who suffer heart failure. The vet was super solemn in giving my husband the bad news and he had a really positive experience despite the bad news that we had come to the end of the road with our most beloved dachshund. We will be taking our growing puppy here in the future like when she needs a spay. Please keep your dogs on heart worm medication. Our dachshund went to a rescue with heart worms and we fostered her through the treatment and then foster failed. She was the most amazing dog. Rescues pets are amazing animals.

Recently I found what I thought was an abandoned kitty. It was on a Saturday and someone answered the phone and helped me post information about this kitty. They also allowed me to buy a spay/neuter treatment for $25, which was a great deal. We found the cat's owners in a few days. It was already "fixed" so I gifted back the gift card to the vet who was so nice to honor it. This is a no-kill halfway house and I hope anyone considering a pet will utilize this society.

Failed what, exactly? Standing there looking adorable? His reasoning was she didn't approach their 'test dog.' Now, I don't know about you, but I was raised to believe it's actually polite NOT to run up to strangers uninvited. Maybe MJ just has better manners than the average dog? Sorry she didn't charge in for a meet-and-greet like a politician at a county fair. Now, MJ is a rescue, and she is cautious, but she is also the most loving, sock-stealing, cuddle-demanding dog you'll ever meet. Fortunately, we took our business to The Palms Dog Resort, where they actually met MJ, treated her with kindness, and now she loves going there. Attaching some pictures so you can see what Dog Ranch considers "unfit" to be around others--spoiler alert: she's basically a teddy bear with four legs.
